I believe Slow motion used a dyno-pack.... My Evo 8 made 385AWHP on it, and Buschur said mine wouldnt make 310 on their dyno with the mods i had.

I disagree. The car is difficult to drive, very loud, very poor fuel economy, hoosiers aren't safe in rain conditions, etc. Technically yes, but not ideal at all.
GeeFK true true. some people want ideal. some just wanna haul ass.... coming from riding a motorcycle rain or shine night or day... I just wanna haul ass and this overpowered cage does so in more luxury than a motorcycle. loud pipes save lives and tires can be changed. also boost can be turned down and even if it's not the vehicle will drive like a kitten out of boost. most likely doesn't spool until 4 or 5k so would be very easy to drive around out of boost.

My question is, if your car is in the 9 seconds category and running consistent 150 plus mph passes isn't your car required to have a parachute?
He does have a 6 point cage however and that might his only requirement for now. People don't put parachutes because you lose the street-ability of the car.. not to mention he runs in street classes; so parachutes aren't actually necessary

It might be due to the track.. Here in the States we have plenty of stopping room at the end about another quarter mile. Hence why they are probably a bit more lenient.
