- Filmed on 3/16/2020. Went to down town Disney and to check out what it looks like at Disneyland with the gates closed. Simply saddening but we are staying positive and can’t wait for Disneyland to re open as it’s going to be a glorious return but who knows when.

They arrested a doctor before the international outbreak for spreading “rumors” of the coronavirus, and he died a month later while working to treat patients. Now this virus has gotten out of hand and has infected thousands and soon millions worldwide. The health and welfare of nations along with the global economy are all struggling dying because the Chinese government values politics over humanity. They are criminals for allowing their own people and now the world to become infected and halting the lives of millions. We will get thru this though

How eerie is this, this is what Disneyland would look like if it was ever permanently closed or abandoned how creepy but interesting.
At 5:18, you can see two ducks flying overhead and 2 more at California Adventure's entrance at 7:23.
Fun fact: Ducks and other waterfowl migrate northward around early spring (late Feb-April, peaks in March) to breed. They will use various locations with water as stopovers (like my neighbor's pool and Disneyland) before they resume their journey. You are quite lucky to witness an important part of their annual migration!

I think you said what most of us are feeling, the closure will be for “quite a while”...
I’m Not trying to be negative, but we have to be realistic. I don’t think the stated two week closure will be long enough, based on the current stats.
However, staying positive. People’s safety and health are the most important, without a doubt. But for ALL the theme parks, we need to be positive and patient.

It's been relaxing.....in a morbid way. I was finally able to check out a restaurant, I went window shopping downtown and checked out all the stores. I went hiking today and it was very relaxing and zen.

Me and my family were there exactly 3 and 4 days they closed coming down from Texas. I'm glad we made it in time. We were in Tucson Arizona heading back home when people started going crazy for toilet paper. Can't wait to go back some time. Sad to see it dead.

You see people eat food off trash cans, but I have a story: me and my dad were in the locker room on Main Street and as we were leaving there was a trash can by the exit. There was a lady making a sandwich on top of the trash can. YEAH. it didn’t even have a napkin or plate underneath or anything. My dad wanted to take a picture but it would have been really awkward. I felt so bad for that persons kid(s) because they were eating a sandwich made on top of a gross, dirty, trash can. Anyway that’s my story. 😂 🔥
