    That's pretty cool. I bet you could run the dual wheel set up and it'd really get traction when getting under a load.

      We do

      They say you’re not supposed to run this with dual wheels because it could bend the axles. Guess it just depends on how much weight you’re throwing around.

    neet that the loader has its own hydraulic pump but does it or can it have different attachments for the loader like a pallet fork, or a grab and other attachments

    • @ventrac
      @ventrac  6 років тому +2

      In addition to the bucket, we do have pallet forks available for the loader but no other attachments at this time.

      Our loader has all of the hydraulics required for operation housed on the loader itself and the system is powered by our PTO. There are no hoses to connect to the tractor. Thanks for pointing it out!

    • @tomlindo2863

      Everything is about safety these days. Every mini tractor I have been in shuts the motor down as soon as you lift your butt off the seat. I'm sure it is some regulatory thing...

      Agreed... that one sounds the best no matter if it's at idle or full throttle. It's the Kubota gas version.... highest horsepower offering also.

    Im not trying to starting anything .... but that is the dumbest design you guys have done Ventrac .... why would you even consider putting the controls for the loader on the left hand side????!!
    Somebody better fire the engineering department for this one.

    • @ventrac
      @ventrac  8 років тому +9

      +Jim Suggs You're right... it is not ideal where the controls are located. Loader controls are traditionally on the right side, but it's a bit of a design limitation for us since we have our main control on the right side and that occupies the user's right hand as well for control of the machine itself. It takes a little bit of operation to get used to our left hand controls for people who are used to normal tractors, but the learning curve is pretty easy. Ultimately, we had to make the decision that we'd rather have a loader with left hand controls than no loader at all. For every other attachment we offer, hand control for forward/reverse and hydraulics is far superior to a foot pedal, so we're committed to that design and needed to work around that for the loader.

    • @NilsKall
      @NilsKall 8 років тому +3

      I was thinking the same thing! I understand the answer from Ventrac about the left hand operation BUT why is it so far away so the operator must reach forward to get to it? Of course I have not seen it in real life or driven it so it might be different in reality. Otherwise great machine!

      Hey Sheena.... Not sure if you missed the title or not, but this is simply a highlight of attaching and detaching only. There are a couple of videos showing the loader in operation. Keep your eyes open for more footage in the future.
