Walnut rots unless there’s a very thick layer of acrylic and theres a fine line between sophisticated and instead it looking like a white box office too much stainless steel too many polished fixtures and fittings too much glass etc and if the acrylic chips on the wardrobes and bathrooms it’s very hard to repair

Why did Fredrick move to Cali?
His partner Derrick complained that New York sucks especially in the winter that it feels miserable. He wanted the children to grow up and go to school in Cali where the weather is nice 365 days a year. Also i think it has to do with the NYC market continuing to tank while the L.A market is different.
