- Josh, Matt and Stephen Kotler (CEO of Douglas Elliman) take a trip to Dubai to scope out the $1.4 billion development of the Royal Atlantis Residences. Between scuba diving, visiting the royal family, and standing atop the tallest building in the world, the trip was a success. Upon returning home, the Altman Brothers reveal their new office mural by world-renown street artist, Gregory Siff.

I really like the wall completely different it’s been good seeing it on Instagram stories and the like better than just a concrete wall. Josh Altman........ Nice art work you should put a UV clear coat and a mark resin so it will last a longer, eventually the LA sun will fade the art and marking resin prevents scratches, paint peels and other people that want to tag the mural.

All the wall lacks are "pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath and sloth" the driving forces of LA and Dubai. We love Million Dollar Listing reality realtor TV and these seven sins are always on display in varying degrees. By sloth I refer to social networking counting as work. And the hustling of acquired contacts under the illusion that they're great friends when they're merely repeat custom. But keep it up. It's hilarious. We love it even if we'd never live it. We don't hate success we just define it differently. Peace to all and prosperity however you define it.
Whether Dubai is still hot is debatable. At one point this year the price per foot had tanked and hotels were being shut wholesale as companies got out of the deflating bubble as new government policies bore down on migrant workers. The old town bazaars were deserted. If they're selling off plan on a site that looked mothballed it's from desperation. If you believe the Dubai bubble has burst and it's no longer an investment, avoid. If you believe it's simply a correction in the market then it's a buying opportunity not to be missed. Many think Dubai is over as other cities in the UAE make better sense. Just UA-cam Dubai decline to see if I'm still on the ball.
