About this video :In this video I am goong to show you how to make quick and healthy egg fried rice .This egg fried rice is loaded with vegetables and very healthy and nutritious.You can add any vegetables tou have at home and eggs and pre cooked rice or leftover rice .other egg fried rice have very less vegetable, bit with this recipe you can loaded woth vegetable and very very yummy .Kids will love it . Perfect for lunch boxes also.
Ingredients :
Eggs 4
Onions 1
Green chillies 2-4
Carrots 1/4 cup
Beans 1/4 cup
Red capsicum 1/4 cup
Corn - 2 tbsp
Gren peas 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
