It represents how the player doesn’t have any idea what this game has in store at first, just as how the young girl is still too naive and would follow the orders. The second character was starting to get suspicious about the the things that she’s been hearing plus the disappearance of a character. The third one was more cautious because of all the events and was starting to figure things out. The last woman was the oldest, has the most experience and was the one to survive in the end, which makes a lot of sense. They really did great with this game👌
