The study you were speaking about regarding heavily processed foods, just made my spinach salad and a handful of almonds that l enjoyed for my daily lunch, happily revelant. I think it really does matter what we eat daily,not just for looking fit but more importantly your health. Happy Thursday 😊🍁

I'm a little late to this video... but I wanted to leave this comment. I started eating oatmeal with walnuts and blueberries every day 2 years ago. If you can believe this, my cholesterol dropped over 40 points😃 My good cholesterol is now in the normal range, and the "bad" LDL cholesterol is just 20 points high. At the highest, my cholesterol was 280, but the LDL was off the charts😕 What also helped was cutting out dairy👍
I went through my old face products laying around my medicine cabinet and tossed out a bunch of it that was expired and all of them had fragrance. I’m learning so much from your channel and getting excited about keeping up with my skin care. On another note I love your Totoro mug 🥰 I have one too that I use every morning for my coffee.
I love radishes sauteed in a tiny amount of veggie stock. I add mushrooms to the stock and put the lid on. As the mushrooms cook they add more liquid. I then take off the lid and cook to concentrate the flavour. Delicious!

Oatmeal with powdered peanut butter, stevia and bananas or berries is my go to breakfast. Rarely I'll have whole grain toast. Other people may find it boring, but I like not thinking about what to eat when I have to get out the door to work. Nice pics! They liven up the walls.

roasted radishes are amazing! I do them in the air fryer like you at home, but I am also serving them to 600+ people on Sunday brunch in the restaurant that I work at. Everyone is always surprised that the radishes are so good!
Your videos have inspired me to FINALLY start taking better care of my skin although at 56 years of age, it's a bit late. One of the things you have mentioned before is I, like many people never used to put the sunscreen around my eye area. Now I do. My problem is after slathering sunscreen and moisturizers on my face, and i now constantly have puffy, watery eyes. What can I do to stop this. It doesn't seem to matter which product I use. Thanks. Can not believe how much we LOVE the air fryer radishes. I was looking at unsweetened soy milk, but I keep reading about carrageenan being highly inflammatory. What’s your opinion ?
Dr Dray can you get you're hands on a UV camera? It shows where UV light is reflected. There are some videos about it, but not many of them have the same knowlage on sunscreen as you do! And it would be interesting to see a sunscreen wear test with it.
Instead of drying off my face with a towel after the shower, I left it wet and put my new CeraVe moisturizer on. It was definitely a new experience and felt weird however after my skin dried it feels so soft and didn't turn red!
My go to easy breakfast is instant plain oatmeal, honey 1/4 tsp, raisins or dried cranberries, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a four sigmatics reishi cacao drink. It only takes 5 minutes to make and its hot.

I found a new favorite mineral sunscreen the Clinique Mineral Fluid SPF 50. Its a little expensive for 30ml but it is the first sunscreen which Im really looking forward to use it! Feels like a nice light cream with a soft glowy finish! The Mineral SPF 30 one for the body is less expensive for 120ml..
I got so excited watching this because I had just made a fruit smoothie with my almond milk and frozen berrie mix. Sadly I am out of bananas right now to sweeten it up but it is still so yummy.

I was wondering what you can recommend for me because I have problematic skin, it’s always really oily even when I wash my face three times a day with my face wash, and I really want to wear sunscreen or a moisturizer with SPF on my face but every time I did in the past I get little white pimples all over! I was wondering if you could make a video on vitiligo and what kinds of sunscreens are safe for this type of sensitive skin. My mother has this autoimmune disease and she completely lost all her pigment. When we go out in the sun she covers herself completely with white garments to protect herself from the sun, however we don’t know what kinds of sunscreens would be great for her in order to protect her from the sun! it would be amazing. Can not believe how much we LOVE the air fryer radishes. I was looking at unsweetened soy milk, but I keep reading about carrageenan being highly inflammatory. What’s your opinion ?
Dr Dray can you get you're hands on a UV camera? It shows where UV light is reflected. There are some videos about it, but not many of them have the same knowlage on sunscreen as you do! And it would be interesting to see a sunscreen wear test with it.

Instead of drying off my face with a towel after the shower, I left it wet and put my new CeraVe moisturizer on. It was definitely a new experience and felt weird however after my skin dried it feels so soft and didn't turn red!
Does anyone else watch videos of skin conditions even if they don’t have them? I feel safe if I ever do though!😂😂😂

My go to easy breakfast is instant plain oatmeal, honey 1/4 tsp, raisins or dried cranberries, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a four sigmatics reishi cacao drink. It only takes 5 minutes to make and its hot.

I found a new favorite mineral sunscreen the Clinique Mineral Fluid SPF 50. Its a little expensive for 30ml but it is the first sunscreen which Im really looking forward to use it! Feels like a nice light cream with a soft glowy finish! The Mineral SPF 30 one for the body is less expensive for 120ml..

Dr. Dray, I love your channel and all the info you give. I was wondering what you can recommend for me because I have problematic skin, it’s always really oily even when I wash my face three times a day with my face wash, and I really want to wear sunscreen or a moisturizer with SPF on my face but every time I did in the past I get little white pimples all over! Please help me. I don’t have money to go to a dermatologist and none of the recommendations I’ve looked up have helped.

Dr. Dray I really enjoy your videos and how accurate they are scientifically, I studied biology and love how your videos include the science and the personal opinions :). I was wondering if you could make a video on vitiligo and what kinds of sunscreens are safe for this type of sensitive skin. My mother has this autoimmune disease and she completely lost all her pigment. When we go out in the sun she covers herself completely with white garments to protect herself from the sun, however we don’t know what kinds of sunscreens would be great for her in order to protect her from the sun! it would be amazing. Christina Adams I used to sell several beauty products from different brand and I won’t buy even from my friend bc it’s a MM product. It’s expensive and sets and not always what the face needs. I can go on but i hope Dr here reviews :)
