In Sons of Anarchy, he consistently looked 5'11, next to Charlie Hunnam and Kim Coates, who are basically even 6 ft.
I don't really see anything pointing towards him ever eclipsing 6ft, so my best guess for peak height would be 5'11.75, maybe 6 ft even.
Judging from your photo with him and other recent images, I'd reckon he is 5'10.5 now.

Rob i have a big problem. I got measured as 5‘8 but this can’t be true. I met Mike tyson one day and I was taller than him. I’m also taller than most of my friends. Some of them claim they‘re 5‘9-5‘10. I got measured with an stadiometer. My question is how this can be possible? Are there some stadiometers which are wrong and which thing should I use to measure myself?
Stadiometers shouldnt be inches off. Use measuring tape and measure urself again. Mike Tyson is 5’10 flat and if ur taller than him then the stadiometer is 3 inches off

Get a tape measure and run it up in front of you and if your eyes are looking between 5ft 3 and 4 (63-4 inches) you are likely 5ft 8. If they are in 65 range you might be over 5ft 9.
I recently watched Sons of Anarchy and Ron was always below Jax (Charlie Hunnam) and Tig's actor who is also 6 feet but Jax always seemed an inch shorter than Tig. but in several photos Charlie seems to take more than an inch off Ron Do you think it's possible that the TIG actor was a solid 6 feet tall Charlie 5'11 ¾ and Ron 5'11 ½ during the time of the series

4.5 inches is wild. If he was then Rons eyelevel would be equal to the top of Robs head. It looks 2.5 inches in that photo, takeoff Robs slight footwear advantage and the difference is close to 2.75 inches.

It depends, if u shrink the normal amount, close to 2 cm for most people. Doing a heavy workout or activity can make u lose a few mm more than normal, near an inch

When I measure myself with a tape measure in front of my mirror built into the wall. I keep the tape measure behind me and it looks like the top of my head is slightly above 5’10.8 would you say that’s accurate by reading it on a mirror? Because if a measure myself with my iphone camera and point it about an inch above my head it says I’m less than 5’10.8 so what’s more accurate reading it by? the mirror? or lifting my camera above my head? Because when i stand in front of a mirror while measuring myself I’m clearly around 5’10.8ish but when using a small hand mirror or iPhone camera and lift a about an inch or two above my head it looks like the top of my head is shorter than 5’10 and makes me look more around 5’9-5’9.5ish so why does lifting a small mirror/camera over my head make me look under under 5’10? I feel like a wall mirror is more accurate, but what do you guy’s personally think?

I too am 6’1”, and met Ron Perlman in 2018. I was shocked that I was a good four or five inches taller than him. For some reason, I thought he was supposed to be really tall. He was a bit stooped over from a long hot day of shooting a movie, but not too much though, maybe an inch or two. Vinnie Jones was as there too and he was supposed to be 6’2” and I was taller than him also.🤷

Rob please do a video about stature meter the stuff is very common now. In hospitals this is used to measure heights. But this is inaccurate.
Stadiometer? It’s usually the most accurate way to measure if it’s calibrated and used properly

Their was a height graph I printed ( the ones the doctors use ect ) so I can be accurate and it says I will be 71 inches ( 5'11 ) and at the 60 something percent tile so we will just have to wait and see, also I don't think I have hit my biggest growth spurt my biggest is like 3 inches in a year so we will just have to wait and find out.

That's such a huge difference, that something is off. You can sometimes get half inch to 1 inch variation with bad walls or sloping floors.
Maybe stand on a flat floor and hold the tape measure up to your eyes. if you are looking at 62-3 inches on the tape (5ft 2-3) then you are likely 5ft 7.

Ur spine compresses to a certain extent so it won’t keep shrinking, it will definitely affect ur health and height in the long term tho. So go get more sleep..

Rob can one consider 167cms as 5'6? I've got a measuring tape and it says 5'6 is 167 however on most websites 5'6 is listed as 168cms. What is the reason for this?
5’6” is 167.64cm.. so 167cm guy is exactly 5’5.75” and you can round up that quarter inch and comfortably claim 5’6”.
167cm is 5’5 ¾, pretty much 5’6. And 168cm is a little over 5’6. Most measuring tapes are like that since there isn’t enough room to fit the measurement. Rob has a video on how to read a measuring tape.

Hello, Rob, do you recommend limb lengthening surgery for those who want to become more height ? Is it effective, safe and strong, so that the patient returns to normal after the operation and exercises normally?
U have to be very insecure and very short to think about getting it. No point in getting it if ur above average. It’s also very expensive. I’ve heard that it takes weeks/months for ur bones to completely heal after the surgery, also some patients have said it can have catastrophic effects. Like learning to walk again, or having very weak bones.
I personally think that its a very bad idea because you have to accept yourself,for exemple im a 15 years old girl but im 180 cm, and I accept my height instead of complexing,so yeah its a Bad Idea, but do what you want
