Dude, pice-1x to 4 port usb3 pci expander card to 4 16x daughter boards. That dell can run at least 4 cards at a time. I know. I've done it myself on salvaged prebuilts with 2nd and 3rd gen i5's in them.
What liquid cooler are you using? I have this exact rig, just curious.
There are not 4 weeks in a month. The proper way to calculate would be doing it by the day and extrapolating from there, multiplying by 365.25. I appreciate the video though. Nobody ever throws kill-a-watts on their rigs.

your math is wrong, i dont know anything about mining but when you times your daily by 7 then times it BY 4, theres 4 weeks in a month but some months there is 28 days-31 days and so i would recommend you just times your daily by 365 then divide it by 12 weeks and its a little different then your math and its more exact number. you could even take your daily times it by 7 then times it by 52.1429 then divide it back into the 12 weeks and take off your kW

@@TooIQ I will always be a kid at heart and its funny I say the same thing at my business when Im selling furniture and doing calculations on invoices at my store when Im adding the tax on, but in all reality its a real definition and is used alot over here in America. It is kinda upsetting that you lost all credibility in a post that was only a recommendation, when clearly if you were smart enough you would be able to make sense of what I wrote, check and see that what I said was correct but you do your thing! Its a simple mistake alot of people do when calculating. So its just free information for people who want a more exact number.

It'll take you 63 thousands years to mine a btc with a gtx 1080ti, literally 63k years. You need asic for btc. Mine eth and alt coins with gpu.
are the profit calculations on Nicehash less your electricity costs ? or is that not figured in the monetary figures ?
why on earth are you calculating and focussing on ONE bitcoin? the amount is meaningless, its just about profit and you cant argue that this is profitable
@@jamskof lol u sound butthurt a 1080 ti is one of the worst cards for mining.. Maxed at like 45 mh but costs a ton and it needs 200w. A 3060 ti/5700 are much better cards for mining

Make sure you actually calculate your price per kilo watt by dividing your monthly bill by the number of total watts used in that month, that is more accurate, personally I "pay" 7.3 cents/kwh, but actually my REAL price is closer to 22 cents including all of the fees added on the bill. Quite the difference in profits...

you don't know what mining difficulty is. Your profits are fake. You will not receive that money. Each month you will be earning less and less and less. Your only hope is the bitcoin price grow faster than difficulty does

wrong 4 dollars a day x 7 days in a week x 4 weeks in a month. thats 112 dollars in a month if ur gonna mine 24/7 for 7 days. so u will get thr profit back in 4 months for the card ez. and if the cards go down in price hoefully u will get the profit back sooner.

In that case, the electricity bill is an important factor when determining whether or not mining crypto is even worth it. If your GPU rig isn’t particularly powerful and your cost of electricity is high and the crypto rates are also low it might actually cost you money to mine. That’s before you even factor in the cost of buying the setup in the first place, you might never make that investment back.
