Put ball into the space NOT direct to the forward

Great coaching from the manager.
Look up , if there is an acre of space kick pass the ball into that space NOT directly to the forward.
Forward call for the ball and make multi directional run knowing the ball is going to be put into that space and that is where your run will eventually meet the ball

RUN initially away from where you want that ball then change direction at the very last second
