Why? So the grounds uneven and you fuck up an ankle, where it’s hot as balls outside and you can’t push yourself nearly as hard? I understand getting outside and getting some sun, but lots of training is just much better indoors.
@@anthonybo2307 because exercises like these kick way more with fresh air in your lungs and real sunshine on your skin.
