I received this product in good condition and it was well packaged. The instructions that were in the box were very clear and made it very easy to put together.
Ooh, just what I needed today - A Create Sci-Fi Fix. Anthony, you always havethe enthusiasm of a crowd of people ! Nice gadget, I've often thought of buying one, but as I have 2 x 3d printers that are now gathering dust probably won't get the use it needs to justify it.

You mentioned WiFI.... With LightBurn, can you start up with using WiFi then run the machine., OR, do you first need a USB cable connection to get the machine running THEN switch to WiFi??? My desktop is about 12 feet away from the soon to be delivered Alpha and IF I can directly use the WiFi without first having to use the USB cable, that would be GREAT.. You comments are welcome.. P.S. That is a GREAT idea to use a fricking oven cooling rack for your base mat. You just need to add an aluminum plate under the rack.. Super airflow and minimal restrictions.... You can buy a big ass cooling rack for WAY less thank a honeycomb mat....
