Thanks so much for running sew April blouse Gabrielle and Ruan. I'm often caught up in making maxi dresses so it has opened a whole new sewing challenge for me making beautiful blouses.
That's brilliant Cory! I am a dress girl too, but do love separates in the cooler months. There are so many lovely blouse patterns I am a bit obsessed atm 😆🥰🤩
Lovely, lovely. Everything so lovely. So good to see patterns made up on a real person... except I'm interested in YET ANOTHER pattern now; the Phen blouse.. so thanks for that! 😂. Good luck choosing winners from your millions of entries!
Thank you Cathirine! Yes, it is going to be a busy couple of days as we work out the winners. So many amazing entries. I love the Phen! It's really unique and fab in a viscose 🥰🤩
What a great challenge. I made two blouses but haven’t entered them I to the contest due to time constraints. Plus I have more than enough fabric and patters 😬. Love your new blouses and such beautiful fabrics.
It's been wonderful Vicki! I can't wait to go slowly through all the entries over the next couple of days. I am so inspired by the fabric/pattern matches, and have been introduced to new designs. 👌🤩
Absolutely love your blouse Gabrielle. Love the added frill to the Phen blouse. Love the Tilda, will have to trace that pattern, and the Marnie, just stunning 🎉
You’ve encouraged me to go back and have another look at the Phen blouse. Yours is gorgeous Gabrielle (as are all of your blouses) brilliant idea using a press stud, on your Tilda collar. I love the Marnie but feel it might be a little too full on for me. I may attempt it though and try teaming with a skirt. I’ve found wearing skirts hard in the past knowing what to wear with them. You’ve really changed my attitude towards skirts though in the last few months. You can have a little rest now that April is over, you’ve been such a busy bee🐝🐝
That is so sweet of you Hayley! I ponder my makes quite a bit😆, and really; love this skirt. It's sooo simple but looks a bit special. If might be great for you to wear to work in winter with boots 🤩👌 I'm a real dress girl, that's for sure, but separates just make more sense in winter and I don't love pants 😆
Yes I will Katherine! I do wear skirts a lot in the cooler months, but I just need to make some that fit 😆🤩 I think I need to make a black linen one, and I have also been thinking about a check one. 🤩
Stunning makes, Gabriella! Like you, I’ve been trying to add more bottom pieces to wear with tops, and my preference is skirts. I’m wondering wether your cotton hemp denim would work for the new Style Arc Tommie Jeans Skirt, or if I’d need something heavier?
Hi Rebecca! I thin kif you were making a looser fit version of the tommie the Hemp/Cottom denim would be great, but I think the 9oz soft stretch denim would be fab. 👌 It's a really amazing denim.
Just found you thanks to Emma @sew do it Emma, and will be watching this channel more. Thank you for sharing x
Awww, Emma is such a sweety and I love her 🥰 Welcome Cath. I'm so happy you stopped by. Gx💖

Glad you love this trio Trace 🤩 The Phen feels so great on. Love them all though 😆💘
Great idea with the tab on the Tilda blouse Gabrielle. Beautiful blouses, you always look so put together and pretty ❤
Deb, I don't feel that put together at the moment 😆🤣 That is so sweet of you. Yes I do love a tab 😍
