Great review, touched on all important points and the host put it all together in a relaxed manner (no yelling or hibernes like some other reviewers ) Thank you, just bought one x32 to be delivered tomorrow 🙂
How is the x32 doing after one year of using? Would you recommend buying it? Do you have any common problems and after-sales service/technical issues for this premium model? Thank you.
Please exercise caution and sound judgement before buying this product. Their customer support is ignorant and you will likely regret it in weeks if not days. You pay so much for it and there is absolutely nothing you can do once you’ve bought it and face these issues. First they shipped the treadmill in parts it took 3 or 4 months. Then I had billing issues. They billed me twice saying they were sending a second one since the first shipment had missing parts, it took forever to resolve and now the belt does not move. Good luck if you do decide to buy it. I own one and now I feel stuck with it. The belt stopped moving in 6 months and in under 400 miles that I’ve used it for. If you do magically manage to get to help desk - they will literally ask you to open console (which is ridiculous), they use self service concept through a video app. If something happens they don’t even respond to your calls/emails. I dread the music they play when you wait for help and worst thing is they try to sell you more stuff while you’re on hold for hours. 😅 holy macaroni!
Good Job.. Your video was informative and helped me with my decision to purchase this. My neighbor got a early 2020 model and had a motor issue and it took a month to get fixed but I don't think she was as aggressive with pursuing the issue but I did enjoy using it. I did like the iFit features but mostly found myself using it in manual mode. But I still enjoyed the immersive screen and the cushioning of the padding compared to the commercial ones at the local gym. I am looking forward to enjoying mine when I get in in the next week or so.
Thanks so much for this wonderful review! Will there be an updated review of the latest model (2022)? Should I get the Elite Treadmill (more expensive) or the Commercial x32i? Is there a particular time of the year when they release the new models (want to time it for the latest model). Thanks again!
Great and detailed review. May I know what is the highest incline in iFIT course when using the x32i since this treadmill have the capability of 40deg incline.
I am a faster runner about 155lbs. Very interested in the cushioning since I run very high mileage. Do you know how this compares to The Landice L8 with Ortho cushion option and the NT 2950?
I’ve seen some reviews of a heavy bounce or shake at 6-9 mph. Im 215 pounds so im Wondering how the heavier guys find it when jogging or even doing a good incline on the hikes.
The x32i does shake a bit at speeds over 9mph (6:40min mile). If you are a fast or large runner, we recommend the NT 2950. It handles high speeds better but doesn't incline as much. The x32i is better for walking, hiking, jogging, and using the sled-push feature.
I had this issue and ended up selling the unit. When doing HITT like workouts where interval speeds need to be challenging the deck would bounce and feel unsafe. I was running at 10 and 230lbs. For us bigger guys, it is recommended to get something that can withstand 400lb or more. The tread also felt cheap. The water bottle holders in the rear are useless and the HD quality of the screen is awful. Most videos had pixelation. The deck squeaks a lot as well. Just not something I would recommend.
Can you tell me how long the cord is from the switch to the end? My outlet is on the left side of the machine, not the right. I'll have to run the cord up and across the front to plug it in and I'm wondering if that's possible.
Great question! The cord is about 9 feet long. One thing you could do is feed the cord under the deck of the treadmill to the left side of the machine, there is quite a bit of space under the tread deck so the cord should be just fine unless you are moving the machine frequently.
@@TreadmillReviewGuru Thank you! Also, in the manual it says the buyer should use a surge protector. If I do that, it’s no problem. But, I like your idea of going under.
The only time it's tricky is when you are on the floor doing yoga. Strength training and bootcamp isn't bad bc you're moving around and usually upright. But the volume goes loud enough you can hear it from pretty much anywhere in the room so even if you're on the floor you can hear the instructor cues.
Thank you so much for this review. Does this treadmill still bounce as much when not at an incline? I like the idea of the iFit videos but also want to do short, fast sprints and can't work out if it the cushioning is just going to be too bouncy, and unfortunately I can't find anywhere in the UK that has one to try.
The cushioning in the deck does add a bit of bounce. It's not terrible - but it is something we want buyers to be aware of. For short sprints you'll be fine and the cushioning is definitely worth it.

Broke on me 2 months after I got mine. Now I’m stuck with this machine until God knows when. the part which was the base bottom Is in back orders, so I won’t be able to use it anytime soon. Regret not buying from one peloton treadmill.
So the belt stops moving when you incline over 25%? No, that is not normal. The maximum speed is reduced above 25%, but you should still have motor power.
Laggy video and dropped frames. Nobody mentions this but the android tablet is too underpowered. You can see the laggy video when you are showing off the console
True, I bought this but the screen is so bad as a 480p video with stucks in every 5-7 seconds for 0.1-0.5 seconds. I have 200mps download 200mps upload internet with -40dBm signal and under 20ms ping. I will return the machine for this reason. Absouletly bad virtual experience
@@giasone777 I did answer her question - clearly she felt so. Thanks for your irritating comment two months later. Just to clarify: You can connect to the 2950 via Bluetooth to either play music through headphones or play your music on the speakers. Good enough?

Does the X32i track heart rate from a blu-tooth heart rate monitor?
Yes, any Bluetooth enabled HR monitor will connect with the x32i
Is this like the 2950 where you can connect your phone via Bluetooth and listen to your own music? Thank you 😊
Yes, Bluetooth headphones will connect. You can turn down the volume of the preloaded music and/or trainer and listen to your own music.
