I am new rider I search for the best earplugs because I do not want to mess up my hearing do to wind while riding I came across your videos your made about loop earplugs after watching a bunch of UA-camrs recommend other brands and for some reason I went with your suggestion I ordered the loop Experience earplugs can’t wait to get them. Thanks for your videos!
@@ֆǟօա-m4s If you're still looking for an answer, I have some Loops that I bought for music festivals, and tried to use them with a motorcycle helmet. Because they don't go in that much and they stick out a little bit, as soon as I put the helmet on (which presses on my ears a bit), the seal is instantly broken, sometimes even making them fall out. That's the reason I'll probably go with the Alpines next year when I plan to get a motorcycle, because they seem to go in much deeper, which means less likely to fall out when you take your helmet off or put it on.
I started riding recently at 56yo and am on my Victorian L plates. I have a brand new 2024 Honda CBR500R and so far loving riding! I also just got myself a set of "Nonoise" earplugs. They have a crystal filter that quite effectively removes the wind noise but I can still hear the bike and have a conversation with someone without having to take them out. They are $50 at AMX but I find they work quite well. They do have to be put into the ears exactly right or they do tend to leak wind noise but once you get the hang of how to fit them, they're good. They do get thousands of excellent reviews online. It's taken me a bit of getting used to wearing them but now it's just like putting my riding jacket and helmet on - I don't even think about it and just do it. Keep up the great work - so good to see a fellow Aussie making motorcycle content! Craig - Geelong.

Thanks for the review. I've been wearing Hearprotek earplugs that I found on amazon, and I think they are fine, but don't have much to compare them to since the only ones I wore prior were foamies. I'm wondering if you or anyone in the comments has worn these Hearprotek ones and can compare them to other earplugs.
I have had form fitted "musicians" plugs (with 15 and 25db filters, lost the 25's at some point) for about 20 years (surprised myself when I realized how long ago I got them)... They have been great but one is finally breaking at the ear canal piece. Going to try the Alpine plugs and see how they do. I remember the ear mold injection process being a bit painful on my ears... and they weren't cheap either.
alpines - be aware - the little silicon stalks broke off when trying to take em out. Earplugs then stuck deep in my ear canal until I got to a pharamacy and managed to get em out with long tweezers. Not a good experience. Those stalks should be a seperate more solid material.. not silicon.
I’m have used the Alpine ones but found they twisted inside my ear… sideways… maybe I did something wrong. I like the loops so thinking of trying their newer ones that allow music / comms to come through…
My left ear enjoyed this video.
😂
Bro had one job

sticking with my loops after your video last year brilliant bte of kit
I've tried many types of silicon plugs like Alpine. The brand No Noise is the best ones yet
I have been using Eggz Motorbike earplugs for a while now after trying about 5 different brands and highly recommend them.

Nice concise review. Well done sir
Which version of the loop earplugs are the ones to use?

How'd the Alpine plugs do?
I love Hearos nano
Smaller than most foam earplugs
Easy to insert, remove
Doesn’t block as much as other foam earplugs
Which version of the loop earplugs are you using? You said everyone keeps asking you, and yet you never said which ones.
Alpine are very good sound reduction but in my experience not very good for intercoms as it blocked that sound for me as well, about to try loop

Which loops are those? Quiet? Experience?
so final conclusion?
Loops or alpine moto safe?
loops for group rides/talking to people and alpine for solo rides/better wind reduction?
ear peace is what i use very good and more protect ion than the apline
No sound on the right channel...
I lost my hearing from this video
