I am from Bhojpur district of Bihar .... This area is very famous for its desert like khurma or tikiya. Belgrami and soan papdi etc . Local bhojpuri folk are very rich , believe me I felt that our local bhojpuri folk is one of the most energetic, rich and refreshing folk of the entire world. Local arts like colour full bamboo work and Sikki grass work which is still unnoticed, are very attractive and colourful . The town of dumraon is very famous for its "sinhora" which is a traditional vermilion pot . Many clay toys are very famous like kitchen sets which are worshipped in Diwali and are favourites of many children. There is dying art of bhojpuri paintings which are totally neglected by the government. We are concerned about our dying culture , language and art .

Also the colour on Patola saree are so perfect in Gujarati we say “પડી પટોડે ભાત …ફાટે પણ ફીટે નહી” means once the colour is applied on a Patola the cloth may get torn but the colour won’t fade …And its so perfectly woven that can also be worn on either side …..❤❤ Love from Gujarat

Regarding handicraft is we have the tom-tom gari(the most unique thing), a small drum placed on small clay wheels which makes drum beat tum tum sound when moved, only available during the Rash mela during the months of November and December , largest mela in all of bengal, and not to be seen anywhere else in bengal or any other time of the year, If I have the opportunity or the luck, I will send u this small toy representing us, our Rash-mela, our culture

I am from cooch behar north of west bengal. My district and town are of the same name. Famously known as the king's city or heritage city. The undisputed attraction of my town is the road plan of the city. As there are maximum numbers of 4 way crossings with very few 3 way or 5 way crossings. Well planned city by our late king, Raja Nipendro Narayan, whose last decendent was Maharani Gayatri Devi of Jaipur.
Regarding handicraft is we have the tom-tom gari(the most unique thing), a small drum placed on small clay wheels which makes drum beat tum tum sound when moved, only available during the Rash mela during the months of November and December , largest mela in all of bengal, and not to be seen anywhere else in bengal or any other time of the year,
If I have the opportunity or the luck, I will send u this small toy representing us, our Rash-mela, our culture
