    I tried the Realgood Chicken strips today for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. I made chicken wraps for lunch with low carb tortillas.

    Sammy with weight training you need to get protein in within half hour before or after. You mentioned not eating, maybe get a protein drink in before. As we women age and if we have any hormone imbalances, working out on empty stomach contributes to high cortisol and insulin resistance which will in turn make losing fat very difficult. Calories and hitting protein is the most important macros to meet.

      @@jovankaschnipke67 so just because you watch body builders on yt makes it. It true? Sorry, there is science facts that back it up. I’ve been doing CrossFit, actually competing in CrossFit competitions. Went to an athletic nutrition( they just specialize in nutrition for athletes) to make sure I was getting adequate, optimal nutrition. I knew I wasn’t. Thats what they recommended to me. You can do eggs before a workout, or a simple protein shake. I switch. I’ll have my carbs after to sustain my energy for the next few hours for workout# 2. So protein plays a vital role in the beginning of the day. So yes it can be beneficial before a workout. You should take protein within an hour post workout to feed the muscles, and control hunger. It helps control insatiable hunger as well.

    I so want to start creatine,just on the fence to when.I get it because we go out pay weekend every 2 weeks and I enjoy that and its a non negotiable for me.

      Creatine is used for muscle gain, energy, strength training, and helps with brain functions as well. But, it also retains a lot water. So do not over take creatine. More than the directed use. Some people use it more than the directions call for, which in turn they have massive weight gain. It’s not really for runners. It’s more for lifting heavy weights.

    Girl i haven’t watched the full video yet but PLS don’t tell me u only eat 1200 cals a day…you should never eat below like 1400cals a day. Especially when u are working out :( how are u even supposed to gain muscle without calories. As someone who’s lost 135lbs i can tell u my biggest mistake was working out while eating way too little…pls don’t do this, it’s so unhealthy:(
