I saw Donny race at Western Springs in Auckland NZ.a few year ago now. It was so good to see him down here and all i can say is that he can seriously pedal. So good to watch.
Thanks for having Donny on your show. I've been a fan of his since he was 15 years old when he raced sprints at the Red River Valley Speedway in West Fargo, ND. You are both very humble. It was a great show!! Thank you both!!
Donny turned me into a Sprint car fan years ago. Boy we couldn't wait for them outlaws to show up to Lebanon valleys speedway. He is the epitomy of a real man who stays the course and completes what he says he will. Dream big kids and work on those necks
I like how you’re spreading the different racing around because there’s so much talent out there but man do these Sprint Car racers are something else to see. I was in shock at Eldora this past weekend. If you didn’t like that? You don’t like racing, PERIOD!!!

True thing about neck strength. I raced for awhile and every spring my neck would get tired holding my head up for the first few weeks of the season untill it got used to it again.
As a diehard Pa Posse fan it was easy to boo this guy at Williams Grove. It wasn’t because I didn’t like him, it was because this dude won, all the time. Nothing but respect for this dude.
I love this interview with Donny Schatz. I love the World of Outlaws better then Nascar better then Indy car better then Drag Racing just because there is really good competition and as spectator it's more exciting to watch.

I would love to drop what I'm doing and become a part of an outlaw team. I've always wanted to become a racer but now that I'm 39 it may be over. What's not over is my love for the sport. Dirt daily and Nascar Sundays. Kenny any ideas or knowledge of who I could team up with? Maybe I start at the ump level and move on up.
If the older Engine set up is better then how come they went away from it. I do love the sound of that Ford engine that Donny has under the hood which I always thought the Ford's had great sound to them with that header design spread apart

Also so is donny saying that he used a car with a chevy engine?? I saw someone in a comment sunday say that and i called em dumb but looks like i was wrong.......he didnt straight up say it here but pretty sure he just told us that he used a chevy engine to win the Royal.....i think.....mayb he was saying he used one of the original ford engines from when they started their 410 program but he sure did seem to be careful as to what he said Finally.....who are they talking about who does the optics/glasses?? It was one of his early ford engines, Look at the headers. The pipes are evenly spaced on the ford architecture engines, the center two pipes are close together on the chev architecture engines
I have no respect for Donny Schatz. He openly projected his tolerance of those that pull fire alarms in hotels/motels. He doesn't care about the safety issues surrounding such pranks, nor the inconvenience to all involved.
Donny don't be surprised that tony drops you your a great driver but your boss is to much into drag racing and he will drop you like you mean nothing to him if he does I hope you hit him and knock him out by the way he will never when the Knoxville nationals your a great driver when you strap your self in the seat tighten down your in there to win

Donny and his dad were so good to me when I met them at the Vegas track. He has been my favorite since then.
Donny is my favorite 410 driver on the World of Outlaws, and Kenny is my favorite driver in the other class.
