I’m new to the game and started 2 weeks ago. So far I think I’ve had beginner luck and got Eyja Alter within 30 pulls and a couple of decent 6 stars from the other beginner banners. Next, Mylnar is who I will be saving for since he’s an absolute beast; I befriend someone who has him maxed.

Update: I lost to Lee in the recent banner which hosted four 6 stars including Mylnar… sadge

Honestly I never ever pull on regular banners and spend all my shit on Limited's, except for hyper meta units such a Mlynar. You literally get the rest as off banners over time.
Soo are you a F2P player? Me myself have yet to spend real money and relatively new player. Wondering if this is a good advice.
@@user-ko5lm3ev7w i'm a goldfish and imo if you're new new then it is best that you pull for realatively meta operators first(look it up at the wiki). Then if you have a team that can confidently clear content you can start saving up for characters that you really want. Limited banners are great, but theyre not be all end all.
@@wolfen18 Golden advice. Saving up for only limited operators for 6-8 months (300 pulls) is also ceasing the fun of playing this game IMO. As a new player.
I've decided to only pull on limited and just use the distinctions to get the regular units I don't have
Tysm for doing this video, i was looking for this since the new sui sibling dropped because i thought she will be coming after so long adele event and i didn't have enough pulls for her, now that i see how many banners are ahead of shu's banner i know that i have plenty of time to save and maybe pull for ReedAlter or Hoarder because i like their designs so much!

I'm going to pull to a 6 star on Typhon banner and hope it's Typhon. Lol Otherwise, I'm mostly going to save for Arturia and hopefully get her fast because I'm planning to save 300 to spark in the next CNY banner. I have 2 Sui sibs so far, so I need to spark an extra one after getting Shu to benefit from Shu's talent and I don't trust my luck hahaha
Oh yeah count me in cause I miss Nian on my account. I also don't have Chongyue but I don't care about him although he's look badass but he's too loud not to mention it needs to activate the skill for 4 times at tah. I have mountain and I almost forgot to activate the beast skill, So sorry Chongyue I don't need you on my team cause you were stoll my waifu voice

@@shin7550 texalt will be available in the virtuosa banner I think but the chance for pulling her will be quite low. If you really want her you'll have to save 300 pulls to spark her if you want to guarantee getting her.
I'm going to hard save for sui siblings global. Its a bit unfortunate that I'll miss some cool banners that I want to pull on but it'll be worth it for the sui's

I was never really interested in the Sui siblings in the first place until I somehow keep getting all of them and now because of sunk cost fallacy, I have to get Shu
They've really grown on me the past years so I'm gonna complete the siblings, but Virtuosa is probably gonna destroy my savings
I love these videos because they are so real and relatable.
Honestly I mostly want the upcoming non limited units like Hoederer, Viviana,Degen and Zuo Le, so hopefully I don't loose 50/50 too much

I'm definitely pulling for Mynar, Texas Alter and Blaze in thr banners they appear and then the anniversary one and that's it.
Pulling on Typhon, pulling on joint action since i don't have any of the characters (hoping for a mlynar and/or pozzy) and then going all out on the 4.5 anniversary bundle to, in worst case scenario, spark texas alter. Since I stopped playing around April '22 and came back last december (during executor alter banner) I'm missing lots of newer operators. Got Gavial Alter while pulling in eyja/swire banner and got Nearl Alter a little before stopping. After that maybe Degenbrecher, Reed Alter skin (agree, it looks like one of the greatest skins in AK) and finally I'll probably also pull on the Shu / Zuo Le banner.
Well, I am not rly a fan of besiegers, so next banner for pulling most likely will be 1st joint op with Mlynar & Pozemka. Hopefully can get one of them (will be happy with Penance too, but knowing my luck was used for getting Chalter, I will get only 6 star I have from this list in form of Lee...). Then 4.5 year aniversary banner with some really nice drops (I am looking at you Texas!)

thank you so much for informing me that Texas the Omertusa is going to be with the 4.5 anni banner. She is the only non-Sui sibling or collab limited I am missing, and she is one of the best that I know of. I now know I must spend a little bit to maybe get a guaranteed spark.
I believe I'm currently missing a little over 10 already released (in global server) characters (less than 10 of those are 6 stars) so I personally won't likely be pulling on rerun banners or banners with previously released characters. My main goals for the future banners are Typhon and Ray but I'm also interested in Shu. There are maybe a few other banners I'd like to pull but I'll consider those when they are available, and it depends on the number of my pulls. I usually try to prioritize characters who I want (for example, cute or cool operators) rather than characters who are strong but nothing else. I still don't have Nian after playing the game for four years, and back when she was first released I didn't really care about her much, but since I already have both Dusk and Ling then Nian would be a nice addition to the collection, and I think Shu just looks great. I'm fairly confident I'm able to get Typhon (let me correct myself: I will definitely get Typhon) and Ray but who else I will get, that much is still unsure.
The year one celebration banner made me realize I'm only 3 units: Hellagur, Bagpipe and Ceobe. Pretty interesting lineup for me. Also, from what I've seen that is apparently the Musha Icon redesign. So that's neat.
I’m pissed that I missed EyjaAlter since I was taking my time pulling for her and didn’t realize the pulling was done when So Long Adele banner is still going on. I had pulled about 180 and got 3 SwireAlter and a Kalstsit. Anyway I’ll go for Typhoon and Hoderer.
If I have known there would be so many good banners later on I would not have waste my 60 pulls on Adele banner and then got spook with snek woman shii
by the time Shu comes out, there's also gonna tons of "good upcoming ops"
you can never prepare for "good stuff", you can only choose which one is more relevant : )
I did 150 pulls on Executor and 214 on Eyalter, I'm absolutely screwed if any of these banners are fairly close together
same i got eyjalter in like 30 pulls and continued pulling for some fcking reason to get swire i shouldve saved for typhon. i have like 80 and ill buy the monthly pack and have like 100 but honestly seeing the amount of spookenings i experience i doubt that is enough and idk what to do

That anniversary banner… I’m going all in for it. And the banner afterwards too. I have the summer surtr skin but not surtr. I also don’t have any of the other character in that banner so big win for me

I skipped Stainless and Ines, so a stainless+Ines banner is perfect for me~! Although i'm also almost tempted to skip with the other interesting banners coming up too
I got SUPER lucky and pulled Ejya alter in 20 pulls and then Swire alter in the 10 free daily pulls after, so my stash is already getting a nice build up!
Also i was surprised, i actually have every single kernal headhunting Operator xD I guess the accumulated rolls over nearly 4 years f2p was enough to have them all show up or spook me, though i also made a lot of use from the gold ticket shop to grab the ones i missed like Bagpipe~

EN banners/events are roughly 6 months behind CN ones, so you can expect it somewhere in and between May and June - the official 4.5 year anniversary of Arknights' release.
Musha is officially renamed to Soloblade basically because previously there're only 3 mushas, two of them from Higashi (Japan) and one with a Japanese katana. But now here's Le who's a Yanese so they expanded the boundary
Im going for typhon, degenbrecher, (maaayyyybe hoederer); and then shu and zuo le..( most likely 300 for ling ) but also i really want these too..ines, mountain, gg, suzu/gnosis...maybe one 6* at virtuosa banner..all depends how much i use on typhon and degenbrecher
when you've been playing this game for so long that most banners are skippable
at least i have hopes for a spark on Shu or Chong Yue after blowing a fat load on swire2

New player here. Only played for about 10 days, started at the end of Typhon event and banner and managed to get her. My 6* right now are Mountain & typhon. Which banner should I pull ?? And how does the spark work in Arknights? Is it guaranteed & how many pulls do I need to spark ?
Or do i just pull on the ops I like ? Because I heard you can clear all the stages with the lowest rarity ops

Going to pull until one six star on Typhon banner. After that it's saving until Shu banner because she's pretty cool/ very beautiful, plus I need that Nian spark. Did it with Eyja's banner for the limiteds and I'll do it again.

I just wanted to know where did you get the information that shu banner will be featuring all the sui siblings ? Because i looked on arknights wiki and i just saw that there was dusk, and no nian on the banner ? Also if anyone has informations about nian and dusk skins i would be really interested
Dont forget that virtuosa's power can nerfed massively by a few gimmicks.
First is the resistance to elemental damage build up and then the resistance to elemental damage itself.
Also don't forget that as of now we can inflict 2 type of elemental damage (virtuosa's and a burn type) but there is only ONE elemental bar to fill and pop. So further down the line if there is a new and more powerful elemental damage type you cant bring virtuosa together with it.
The ones that I guarantee will pull for is typhon, virtuosa, and shu. In between, I’d really like to get the more often used afk characters like eyja and mountain, or even mlynar. I have 200 pulls saved up at the moment, so I can only pray that this is enough, especially considering that arknights gacha does not have guaranteed character pity system.
i really want degen but pulling viviana and virtuosa took a toll on my pulling wallet, plus that i saw W'alter(yeah we need to cook), would save 150 pull for her.
In the 4.5 CN anniv, there is a specific op invitation item that is available in shop where you can specifically choose an op to hire. Do you think this would come to global?
If you mean the 6* star selector in the shop then yes, we usually get them on Global too.

I actually just came back to the game a little over a month ago right as the jessica the liberated banner dropped, at the time my only defenders were saria and liskarm, i rolled for my free op and ended up getting jessica and honestly as operators go, shes not crazy broken like some six stars but I'd be lying if i said she didnt absolutely hard carry me through some stages lol
Now I'm saving up for rolls on the virtuosa banner hopping to god pull texas alter cause I wasn't playing when she came out. Just over 100 rolls right now, hoping to make it to two hundred by the time that banner drops, pray for me friends lol
Wasn't able to pull typon since no resource to pull due to eya alter pull gone wrong.
Im personally tempted by Typhon, Jessica, Arturia, Degen, and Ray. I'd really like to get them all. But I can't afford it. So right now, I've got my savings on lock for Arturia and Ray
I should probably pull on that guaranteed Kernel banner because the only ones I'm missing are Ange and Eyja. I really like Ange. I have her BoC skin even though I don't have her. And Eyja would help me round out my roster a lot.
Honestly, this was a hard decision (because Eyjafjalla and Typhon are really strong), I was going to hard skip until Vivianna and Arturia, but now I'm reconsidering whether to save up for the new Sui Sibling.

it is very relevant in niche situations like chinese event, or reedalter event, or Dolly - where you simply have to score X hits to kill target/shield

personally im gonna pull for Typhon , Hoederer, Viviana/Virtuosa (hope I will have 300 pulls to spark either skadi alter or NTR knight, also im still missing Rosmontis), degenbrecher (love the millitary women type ) , banner with 1 guaranteed missing 6 star operator from 2nd year on ward (hoping for either Horn or Pozy) and lastly Shu (limited op are always a priority for me and the other 6 star is optional unless OP, still missing Dusk btw) . thats my list.

Shu looks like she will be fun for defender teams since it just requires the suis to be on your team.. this means you could bring horn and nian, this would give you so many bonus stats. Giga buff the defenders

For me Typhon, Virtuosa, and Degen as my main target (waifu + really strong) with Ray if possible. I'm still not sold by the new Sui sibling's kit.

I just started playing a week ago and my current 6* are just Chalter, Flametail, and a freaking P3 Swire Alter. So I'm probably gonna roll on the joint banner of Mlynar, Pozy, Penance, and Lee and after that gonna try my luck in Reed Alter and after Reed Alter I'mma save all of my pulls to spark Texalter in the next Anniversary banner. I just also wann ask you guys, realistically is 5 months enough to save up for 300 pulls? Or do I need to skip Reed Alter for Texalter?
5 mo should be enough i think but don't forget to exchange the yellow cert for 40 extra pulls.

Shu changed my pulling plans a lot. I think I will pull only on Typhon, Virtuosa and Shu banners if I can stay strong. I can't wait for the kernel choose operator banners. They are for me as new player pretty good :)
if you are a new player, spending pulls on healing defender might not be top priority though; gummy is as good as she ever been, and way cheaper : )

im planning to pull typhon and then save 300 pulls for virtuosa + specter alter spark and then i was originally gonna pull degenbrecher after that but im now much more interested in the shu + zuo le banner so unfortunately imma just skip degenbrecher so i have a better chance at getting both shu and zuo le

Here's my take on all this:
1. I've been extremely lucky to have gotten most limited characters in under 100 pulls, and the same was true of Eyja Alter. No idea how that'll hold for Shu.
2. Meanwhile, if I can get Typhon in under 100 pulls, I'll go for JessicAlter as well. Otherwise, I may just do the guaranteed 10-pull and wait for Viviana.
3. For the next "Front That Was" banner, I'm missing 2/3 (Horn and Stainless) and will at least take the guaranteed 10-pull. I'm hoping for Horn, but may yet get use out of Stainless if I get him.
4. Dorothy is a pass, as I don't see too many uses in my strategies for trap masters and if I do, Robin is usually enough.
5. Lastly, Hoederer and Zuo Le are looking like must-gets, Hoederer more so (because W trio and I did luck out getting Ines on her debut) but I'll need to watch some showcase videos for more info.
Take all this with a grain of salt, depending on who you personally like/love from the coming banners. That is all, thank you.

One thing I wish I knew was which Alters go to the General Pool, and which do not... I know both Executor and Reed are in the pool, and that Swire will go there while Eyjafjalla will not...

Yes, the next "chapter release edition" banner would only feature him, and two others from the last 2 main story chapters (i forgot, lol. Was it ines and stainless?)
Though like the previous banner of its kind, despite only featuring 3 6stars in it you only have 33% chance of actually getting hoederer, and you CAN pull a dupe of the other two. Its a gacha afterall.
@@vanzeralltheway8638 lol I hadn't read your comment correctly, but yeah I think they are Ines and Stainless. I'm thinking abt pulling since I want Stainless and Hoederer and in fact I don't have any of the three, so I think it would be better for me... in order to obtain one of the two
