Thanks for posting this. I was just looking at commercial coping jigs and thinking that I could probably make one. Now you've saved me the effort of thinking about how to do that. LOL. There are so many commercial products that can be replicated so simply. And I'm a fan of both simple and cheap.
ok the bed of the sled is 3/8 thick 8 by 16 the toggle block is 1 inch thick 7 long 2 width and the lock down plate with handle is 6,5 long 4 inchs width 3/4 plywood
I like this idea, simple with less to throw off the 90 degree setting. One question: do you find the 1/4" base rigid enough to remain flat on the table when under the toggle clamp pressure? Thanks.
hello thanks yes it stays flat 100 percent with the toggle pressure ive had no issues and you dont need alot off pressure with the toggle it has a good hold down with decent pressure
