Their offense isn’t good enough
South Carolina's offense would be better if we get a 5 star QB like Gunner Stockton. Because South Carolina will be winning more games with him for sure. Go Gamecocks

That was heartbreaking. We are literally 7 points from being a 5-1 team right now. We have to continue cleaning up some mistakes on offense and I would really like for us to move to a more college like scheme and get away from the Pro Style scheme. Its not what best fits our personnel. Congrats to Bama on the win though. Looking forward ro Oklahoma next week. Go Gamecocks! 🤙

Its annoying that kane cant get us off the field on 3rd and 4th down. Its giving kirby smart from 07 till about 09. The issue is kirby didn't have the caliber of player we have today while having those struggles. If kane is giving us this with 5 stars at majority of the positions i dont know what to say. I understand we are young but dial up some damn pressure man. We were in GA's face the whole first half of that game second we get conservative and boom they come back. Be aggressive we have the speed to do it!
That speed is being outdone by scheme. It worked against Bama in the 2nd half for UGA. It's working now even earlier against lesser competition in Vandy and Carolina. Thing about the SEC is the copycat coordinators mimicking what Kirby had to adjust to the 2nd half. Bama fans call it conservatism. That's not it at all. Georgia took away what was working. No sense in blaming Kalen for something out of his control. You think he wasn't trying to score? I doubt that. He got outdone.

6 titles in 12 years and made it to two others and were in good position in 2013 and 2014. Heck, even in 2008 and 2021.
Yea, but UT, LSU and OU aren't going to adopt the option as their offense just for Bama. The "blueprint" was run the option. Vandy and South Car run option anyway.
I feel like if the fans and sports analysts would stop all the negative talk. Bama might get better. These coaches are not use to this much negativity. Give them time to get it together.
JD…I really enjoyed your performance in the 2009 remake of Friday the 13th! The scene with Julianna Gull was incredible! She took that role seriously! Maybe one of the best scene of that type in any movie…ever!
I just finished the Matt Barrie show (with Paul Finebaum) and Paul said it clearly that with somewhat decent QB play Bama loses that game. Would have been first back to back losses for the Tide since 2007, Saban's first year. Say what you want about should have could have would have and i understand it and can't defend that mentality. Anyone notice that Freshman QB from Carolina, on the last four Carolina possessions shit on himself once he stepped on that big 'A' at midfield? Fumble, TFL, Sack, and i forgot the last one. I said all of that to say--sooner or later when you walk on a tightrope you are gonna fall off. That's undeniable. It's gonna happen.. I watched Kalen Deboer pat his players on the back when they played poorly. Hell-maybe that works in south dakota. I doubt it'll work down south. To be fair to Bama--Penn State, Georgia, LSU, Tennessee probably all should have could have would have lost too.

Hey JD it feels like the fan base and even the sports writers in the state have completely turned on Coach DeBoer. Even the former players are not happy with the performance and focus of this team. Can Alabama turn this around or are they on the brink of a 6 and 6 to 9 and 3 type season?
I feel like bama is just playing to their competition, ive seen it alot as a fan of uga. It sucks when you know you should be blowing a team out but when you turn it on against an elite team its really fun

The problem is kane womack's defense is built & tailored to stop conference usa offenses. Not sec offenses
DeBoer and the staff are responsible for getting the team ready to play. The players look like they don't even want to be on the field.
Nearly every year the SC fans say the same thing, "we're so close to being a championship team". And every year they aren't. Still no natty.
Domani Jackson almost tied it for South Carolina with a safety if he would have downed it in the end zone after the interception because he caught it at the 2 and drifted into the end zone! Nobody is talking about how heads up it was to run it out!
No it would have been a touchback. Interception inside the 5 yard line with momentum carrying you into the end zone allows you still take a knee.
The players are playing tight again. Trying to be perfect and not lose. It looks like they're not having fun since the 1st half of the Georgia game

I do not understand for the life of me why ALABAMA did not go for two when they scored late in the fourth quarter. Had they gotten the two point conversion, they would've been up by nine points; a TWO score differential, with less than two minutes remaining in the game. The game would have been OVER!
Biggest problem with Alabama is their defense. Kane Womack was a terrible hire and needs to go immediately...
Horrible defensive scheme and play calling and QB who can't stop turning the ball over when he's not running backwards losing yardage while taking unnecessary sacks. Also a refusal or inability to run the ball. Bama has one of the most stacked RB rooms in the country and they don't use them. I hate to say it but i won't be surprised when that RB room empties in to the portal at the end of the year.
Head coach is to soft!! Defense coach has a scheme that’s not working. Has to change.

He is the best athlete on the field. He is only a good qb. He has poor pocket presence, and he isn't great at finding his open man, he could be better at mid to short range passes, but he is an amazing player.
The entirety of the SEC is overrated. A Big 12 transplant comes in and is the best team in the conference in year 1 proves this.
They haven't played anybody yet stupid. The Sec is always will be the standard.
