హలో తేజ గారు ఇవ్వాలా మీరు నిన్న చెప్పిన సాంబార్ రైస్ నేను ఇంట్లో చేశాను అద్దిరిపోయింది అంటే నమ్మండి ఇంట్లో ఉన్న వెజిటేబుల్స్ తో ఇంట్లో ప్రిపేర్ చేసుకున్నా సాంబార్ పొడి తోని మీరు చెప్పిన స్టైల్లోనే చేశాను నిజంగా అదిరిపోయింది కాకపోతే గ్యాస్ ప్రాబ్లమ్ ఉన్న వాళ్లకి ఈ సాంబార్ రైస్ కష్టమే మరి, కానీ నోటికి మాత్రం తృప్తిగా ఉందండి నాకు ఎలాంటి గ్యాస్ ప్రాబ్లం లేదు అండోయ్

‘Kaalchadam’ is wrong.
‘Vegadam’ is correct.
Kaalchadam is done directly on fire.
Vegadam is done within a utensil in oil ( deep or shallow fry)
