Join me today in Royal Jordanian’s Crown Business Class, onboard their flagship aircraft, the Boeing Dreamliner 787. I’ll be comprehensively reviewing what their premium cabin is like, their lounge offers & ground service… and importantly whether you should fly them? I’ll be starting my journey in Jordan’s capital Amman, at Queen Alia International Airport after transferring off my Qatar Airways First Class flight from Doha.
I’ll be showcasing the lounge experience which covers a huge upper section of the airport terminal accessible exclusively to Business Class passengers, One World frequent fliers and Priority Pass holders. There’s also the question of given the tight security is, how will I be able to film this trip?

I found you way more honest than Chui: he never found a single problem during his flight while you analize and report if everything is at the right place or not. And if someone pays thousands euro\dollars the experience must be perfect. Good work.

My husband and I just flew business-class from Amman to Chicago and agree with everything you said . Would like to add that flight attendants’s in-flight uniforms are beautiful (each one had a different one too) and the service was very attentive. Wine choices were excellent- primarily Jordanian wines, which are very drinkable and went well with delicious food. We had 3 services on the 12+ hour flight - full dinner, self-service snack and full lunch. And the amenity kit holder was lovely - we were even given a choice of 3 colors. A friend who was on the same flight in the back said even the food there was good!

Royal Jordanian might have one of the best liveries next to the all-black Air New Zealand livery. The 787 sure looks sharp too!

I toured Jordon for a couple of days in 2017 (wonderful country!) and we were accompanied by the 'tourist police'. He came to all the sites with us, ate with us and sat in the front of the van the entire trip. I didn't know they also provided air police too!
There were many hijackings in that airline history so they make sure everyone knows they have airmarshals on
An airline marshall is very common actually. Maybe in RJ they are more ....noticeable hahaha
Outstanding review, as usual ! I am so glad that you mentioned the stunning livery of Royal Jordanian Airlines. It's my favorite of all airlines. It's too bad that RJ went with the 2-2-2 seat configuration. I have been spoiled with all aisle access and especially suites with doors. I am aware some passengers feel claustrophobic in suites but the privacy offered makes them my favorite way to travel. The food you enjoyed in the lounge looked quite delicious. Thanks for such an enjoyable review and kudos to you for hitting 70,000 subscribers. The only place you are going is UP, UP, UP. 👍💯.

I always take Rj when flying. It may be a small airline but everyone there is so kind and heartwarming. They treat you as if their your family!

Thanks for watching Michael. And interestingly Emirates 777 has a J product even worse, 2-3-2 with angle flat beds. But yes, RJ is never going to compete head to head with the ME3, however for regional travel within the ME, it offers a great product on their 787s.
for solo travelers this is very much true, but for couples not, since you get a view while still sitting together
good video tho one question ... what s with the plane "impound lot" :D like right next to the runways ? i mean it kinda destroys the experience idk some ppl find it not so charming i guess :D ..... what s the story behind them? i mean some of em look like they ve should have been scrapped like 10 years ago ....

Also glad to see the RJ Crown lounge serving real hot meal dishes and Pizza and Ice Cream 🤯🤯🤯!!! as my last time in it was only Arabic Mezza and some small sandwiches and snacks. Defiantly will try it next time.
There is another Petra Lounge which is very good classy one as well. I have access for all using my banks credit cards.

Im surprised the bar is even manned...I always had to go behind, or reach over and self serve...which was fine with me. Love the mezzanine location of lounge though food was always sub-par. flight marshals are detected through their white socks !!!!!
Review a long haul Coach trip from USA to Amman in the summer and see if your opinion changes!
