I have found Airbnb very unpredictable in Thailand. There are many dodgy operators and scams, its just not worth it. Id use Agoda. Id also skip ride shares in Thailand. Just get a metered taxi. Never a tuk tuk. Your hotel will always have private drivers at great rates, and they are trustworthy. Grab is also known as 'Grab a tourists money'

Prostitution is illegal here but it's a big apart of the economy, so it's lightly regulated. Age of consent here is 15. So morally it's wrong but not illegal.
