I honestly can't think of one good, valid reason for people to not like her. She's never been "problematic." She's never said or done anything that caused "controversy." Everyone she collabs with has nothing but good things to say about her. Hell, Sunmi even wrote a song about her before they even met. She is a sweet, fluffy cinnamon roll who is extremely talented in every way shape and form, not to mention beautiful. The only actual reason I can think of that people would not like her is just straight up jealousy and/or envy that sadly comes with being in the spotlight.
Ikr even sunmi's backup dancer even said that seulgi's one of the like the polite person she has met at SM.
I really adore seulgi and she is one of my favorite idols but her she just may not be some peoples taste. it is unacceptable to send hate her way though.
She also shipped with jimin a lot so that could be another reason

seulgi is one of my favorite person on earth she's so talented and good at everything she does at the same time you can really tell that she's a good person. My poor bear!! Since SM released the White Christmas trailer, I KNEW this girl was going to my bias. Her voice was beautiful. She was SO cute. Just right then and there “whatever group she’s in, I will support her.” How ANYONE could hate such a sweet, kind, thoughtful, funny and hard working person is beyond me. I finally saw Red Velvet for the first time in Toronto a few days ago and Seulgi’s ending speech to Wendy and the fans was just so heartwarming (all of them were, but I was especially touched by hers and Joy’s).

I can speak nothing but the truth because the group that I stan IS THE TRUTH. She just seem like a very sincere, kind & warm person. I dont see a tiny bit of 'icyness' in her. I think it took quite a long time for her to be able to stood out among the rv members. But at this moment, i can safely say many know who Seulgi is. I remembered in e early RV days, Joy was in WGM, Irene and Yeri was hosting music shows but she and wendy was still 'hanging ard' finding their spot. Now look where they are. Proud to be a reveluv!
