I have a few suggestions for you. Get a rotors cutter (either electric or manual) to cut the fabric. Get a sublimation printer and heat transfer the design on the canvas. Also in the kit, just supply the hoop and let customers place it on the hoop. You could add a UA-cam video for clarity. You have a lot of processes that could be automated. That’s the good news.
Try electric scissors. I think they are tricky to use for curves, but all your cuts are straight lines. Then you won't get hand fatigue from cutting. Multiple layers are easy too.
So happy for you! An idea, you can make a big nice stamping of all your kits and stam the image on the cloth? Maybe that helps in the future woth the images.
Sooooo excited for y'all!! You have a fabulous business and you are organized and handle things so well! There will always be hiccups but you handle them great and the show goes on! Also, so proud of you and your work/life balance. Enjoy this success and all that will follow it!! Thanks for letting us come along for the journey! 🥰
Dunkin at agility was so cute. Love the new nail color. So impressed with how you got everything shipped and still had time to make a cute craft with your friends. The magnets are really cute. I hope they sell well for you. 🙂
Something that might help you love's, is a power screwdriver and some gingher scissors meant for heavy fabric. They're pricey but so worth it. They have small power screwdrivers or you can get a drill with a bit attachment. Love your work and you inspired me to punch needle, thank you ❤
Have you thought about printing the design and cutting it with the paper cutter and including a tiny marker so they can trace it themselves so it can be more hand-on. So it doesn’t have to be so tedious to trace the same thing over and over
I like the non-epoxy magnets - basewd on the magnets that get kept and used for years on my fridge, the epoxy adds a bit of weight and thickness and makes them easier to knock off and just makes them less useful the flat ones are definiely what I keep and use. And your designs would look fantastic! Homestly I only actively use 1-2 key chains in my day to day life, but there's room for a lot of magnets between the fridge and other magnetic surfaces, so I'm far more likely to be a repeat shopper for magnets!
I received my pumpkin punch kit a couple of days ago. I am excited to begin it. I need to practice some before I start. I know there is a learning curve. I’m very happy to see your business doing so well!
Gday from Australia, I’m an older viewer, I feel like a proud mum/grandmother watching you both do so well with your business. I too have a small business from home, I mainly do markets. I know you’re real busy but could you maybe do a making stickers video. Yours all look so amazing. Thank you . Have an awesome day/night ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m not sure if it would work with the fabric, but you may be able to lightly burn your templates on the fabric vs hand drawing them! I have done that on fabric and even paper. Worth a try if it might save you time. Congrats on going VIRAL🎉😊
Where did you get the storage boxes for your big balls of yarn? Or what would you call those types of boxes (seems like they have a latch door (?) in the front)?
I’m always wondering, how do you divide the needles over the kits for your inventory. For example you have 80 needle kits, but people order different kits. Do you set each kit to the same inventory number? I hope you understand my question ☺️. It’s so amazing to see you thrive!
You really should have. A second frame so you don’t have to feel stressed about finishing your stock for markets. It would be so much more versatile for you. Great job.
Each order prints a shipping label and a packing slip one after the other. I separate every two labels so that I have the packing slip with the shipping label as I pack!
1. Fabric scissors 2. Don't put the fabric in the hoop (the customer can do it) 3. Figure out stamps to put on the fabric so you're not hand drawing them Just a few suggestions to save you some time to sell more items 😊
Wow! Just wow! Amazing work, both of you! 👏👏👏 And, don't bother with the haters, they are just jealous. Keep going, and.....if you need an employed, i'm here 😂
I also have a question, do you think you would ever make a video on how to make long videos like this? I find that my computer tends to crash when I try to upload long videos and would love to hear some advice from you!!
omg magnets?!?!?! girl I've wanted to get my fur baby in your keychains but i hate keychains haha so magnets would be perfect!! ill be ordering the tan chihuahua and black border collie as soon as you release them!!
Hi!! I think is better for you and clients to have different stuff, so no epoxy magnets. You now have the epoxi keychains, no epoxi magnet is something different. My opinion.
I love seeing small businesses thrive.
❤ ❤
"Don't take criticism from someone you wouldn't take advice." That's a fantastic line. It should be on a poster. :)
I say no epoxy on the magnets because epoxy fades and goes yellowy after a while. I like how bright the non-epoxy ones are. 🌸

you guys should get fabric scissors for cutting the fabric! they're heavier, more sturdier, will make cutting the fabric much easier!
Try electric scissors. I think they are tricky to use for curves, but all your cuts are straight lines. Then you won't get hand fatigue from cutting. Multiple layers are easy too.
Joann's uses electric clippers to cut the fabric at the cutting table. Definitely try that.

I was just going to comment the same thing. Totally get stamps made!

Congrats on all the success! Maybe you could get custom stamps of the designs instead of tracing it out?

I was thinking… since it’s a DIY kit anyway, would customers enjoy tracing their own design and making them? So it’s fully diy or wanna freestyle?!

Your items are so cute. Where did you get those plastic trays you set the items for shipping?

AAA Congrats :DD ! I'm still waiting for my jewelry business to go viral.. social media is so hard to keep up with sometimes😭
Congrats on all those orders !!! Question - do you buy the empty candle cans somewhere ??
Thank you! All of the cans are recycled! We’ve accumulated them over time from college friends, family etc
congrats on al the orders ☺☺
Thank you 😊
Oooh! I think I see my punch needle frame boxed up!!!! 🪡🔲🎃👻
🥳🥳🥳
I see you are printing your own round stickers. What printer and stickers do you use?
I think you should sell the car coasters as magnets too. Just add a magnet to the back.
You really should have. A second frame so you don’t have to feel stressed about finishing your stock for markets. It would be so much more versatile for you. Great job.
Great video. Once the receipt is in the box or bag how do you know which postal label goes on which box or bag? Enjoying these videos very much.

Ok got it. Thank you!
How do you know how much yarn you need for order? Like the length
I just found your channel! Your stuff is sooooo cute!❤
Aw thank you so much! I appreciate that🥰

Ahah thank you!😊
🥰Just curious and maybe you mentioned it in a prior video and I missed it, but why do you not have the candles on your website and only on Etsy?
Just because of issues with variations on Shopify and not being able to easily list all the can options
I also have a question, do you think you would ever make a video on how to make long videos like this? I find that my computer tends to crash when I try to upload long videos and would love to hear some advice from you!!
Have you ever want to do a butterfly 😊 would buy it love butterflies ❤
