- Join the crew as we excavate and prepare a couple patios for new concrete. These are getting colored and stamped and should look great when we are done. Grandma came with an awesome lunch and we also had some great laughs. Of course we had problems because like I say, it's always something! Enjoy

Turn the pin around and have the cotter pin on the outside, material hits the cotter pins and knocks them out when they are inside the bed. We learned from experience!

It was in an older video and multiple Facebook posts of them bbqing. 1 time they were fishing. So he does have friends. But I do agree he's too buddy buddy with his crew. It's good to be friends with your employees but you can't be soft you gotta put your foot down. I love my boss. It’s crazy the amount of knowledge I’ve gained in concrete from watching these videos. I’m a finish carpentry and tile guy but concrete work is definitely interesting. Well at least when it’s done Victory Style.
There is a thing called PM preventive maintenance. Do it learn to love it hate it if need be. Just do it.
Just like a pre-trip and post-trip inspection on the dump trucks, it doesn’t happen with these guys.
