@@Techtablets The "Fiido E-Gravel C21" as I want a light e-bike, I got the Range Extender Battery for it too, which is basically about the same WH as the internal battery. The decision maker was the €999 price on their EU shop 😁
I love these bike reviews. It's strange that most bikes come with geared motors when gearless motors are so much smoother. I think it make be to do with the resistance that gearless motors have because there isn't a clutch. Awesome video Chris. Thanks again
Thanks. I've tested a few geared hub ones now 2 and 3 speeds with carbon belt drives. So long term they should be great but for such a heavy bike it wouldn't really work I think here.
Chris what happened at 00:33 - looks like you got muck on the lens mate? Otherwise good review I think these bikes are just too expensive and big for what they are plus 40 kilos is way too much. I would have to get the missus to help me lift it up into me car.
@@Techtablets My sister has one that weights 28 kg. She says it's hard for her pedalling sloops. But the real issue is, if she's forced to stop on sloops and start again, it's too hard or sometimes impossible for her. No gears, higher bike weight and drive train resistance add-on. May be you could consider this as part of your test routine, switch the engine off at stop and then start pedalling?
I have done that with some videos i'll have to do it more. But this is where the throttles came in handy as you use that to get up to speed. Of course it's illegal in most EU countries to have a throttle.

Should the battery level go down, you won't be able to pedal this bike on a slight sloop up.
Yes very hard without any battery due to the tires and weight of it.
