great video, I really like the cost analysis stuff. I want to bring these ideas up at my company. currently were are a devops team of three and were growing rapidly and trying to hire 2 more guys. I would love to have a monthly meeting about our general costs and calculated costs for onboarding of new clients etc. greats videos please keep making more!!!
