Just to know if I get it right: The genie infuses X to the other tower, and X increases. The medusa instead, infuses the same amount it got. Wouldn't it be better to infuse the medusa first so the TON of mana you use gets mirrored to the genie, and then the bouncing begins?
I always just focus on getting 6 wells, a chaos a genie and whatever other tower i want to use and always prioritize getting the infusion trigger from the genie and i usually succeed but it always seems like it will fail until i have 90k mana
The Prism is the best tower in the Inferno, comparable to the Cat in the Royal Kingdom. With each level-up, it provides an additional +2 multiplier for the mana infused.
I see your point. I agree it’s expensive and rare. It scales better because it makes the genie scale with the level of the Medusa. If it was a prism you would get currentGenieAmount+GenieLevel*Prism level*2.
@@theflashyturtle I think they tried to balance it by putting a cap to the number of activations based on the level but it's still the strongest thing after the new genie and that was really gane breaking. Even though this isn't a game with a ranking system having a build (enabled by that tower) that could kill the final boss before the tengu dosn't look really balanced to me.
No reason to nerf, it’s not the combo that’s strong but the wheels tower. If you look it’s clear that the one infused first scale much faster than the other If I have done my math right it scales polynomialy whereas the wheels tower scales exponentially. The real broken build is the slime + curse tower (forgot its name), it scales tetratively. And the prism + wheel tower scales better than exponential too.
strong yes. but I hardly see it breaking endless dark mode's back. honestly well towers and insolent towers would be getting nerfed before genie/medusa.

Indeed, that’s a better approach if the mana you’re infusing exceeds the mana infused by the Genie’s effect.

Does prism tower scale infusions on towers other than itself? Only strats for Inferno I've had work are obsidian tower and a mole tower build.

how is it better than a single prism? it looks like just another hard to get combo which does not even scale as well as a single prism..

I don’t think it’s better than the Prism, it’s just an additional option, but it’s still far from matching the Prism’s power.
I played 40 rounds and never got the new tower.... just too much RNG, really hard to make a build that will work in Inferno
