So, I watched this video without Audio and it gave me insight of how people love moving objects/ actions behind the scenes/ progress while someone explaining things. Make me wonder ' Is this why most people is a mess inside their head? Cannot just sit down and listen to explanation.'
This trend is very common since Tiktok, Yt shorts, etc... It destroys our attention span and then they come up with videos and input different things to keep refreshing the timer of our attention span.

When you have 400 pounds of weight hanging over the edge of the table + their arm strength... It's very hard for someone to lift all that force with 1 arm.

Yes pure arm strength is what arm wrestling is all about, I agree. But honestly, I'd find that kind of boring, when arm wrestling while standing up you have a whole arsenal of techniques you can abuse, and a lot of technicalities at play...that's much more enjoyable in my opinion.
But when Levan just straight up lays down 400lbs of body weight + tons of arm force, it becomes pretty lame lol...
