You definately burn your calories with keeping up a home plus spirit forest. I am a single mom too and I bought a travel trailer so I can get to the woods. I have a home and there are always chores. Your daughters are adorable. Teens make me laugh. My son is 17 and girls are so different than boys. Cracks me up!
Madison is growing into quite a young lady! Miss K is just as cute as can be and cuts quite a slice in the water.. A natural born guppy! Lol! Cutie indeed! My aunt and uncle live in loveland colorado that's so cool. And when you said you liked harry potter and lord of the rings and that you are a big fan of disney movies i thought yep i like her😀 and ontop of it you love Lettie's life i also love it. I think she's such an amazing person and i love her when she vlogs and takes us to the cabin with her i just adore her she's the best. And that mountain view was beautiful. If have a little story for you. You dreamed a lot last night you said.
Do you know the worst dream ever? No nightmare, but this one here:
You dream that you are rich very rich. You have a big house, a large property from horizon to horizon. Your pool is so big in which you can carry out Olympic competitions. This all includes a helicopter and several very expensive cars, Maibach, Rolls Royce, Mercedes etc. In Malibu you have a 100 yard long luxury liner. Of course you have employees.
You only wear the latest clothes from Versage, Dior, Channel and so on, but every dress only once. The food is only the finest, everywhere is chillid champagne and caviar.
You have a husband who idolizes you, carries you on hands and reads you every wish from your lips (I have this extra written in the end, because it doesn´t necessarily need a husband, but a few good "friends").
Now comes the right nightmare, YOU WAKE UP!!
OMG, you have to process this severe shock first.
The whole thing was quite long, but I hope you enjoyed it.

Why on earth would you have to prove to a title company that you own your land? The title is supposed to be recorded with the county right after closing, the title company ordinarily checks with them. (Sure this is legit?)

Rocky is to cool. You like long video check out Justin Barbour and Mathew Posa. Both do outdoor camping. Joe Robonet said Justin Barbour was better than him. I think he is.. Joe's subbed to him. Both Justin and Matthew take there dogs every where with them. Justin did a 68 day backpack trek across Newfoundland. And Matt is crazy funny.

Haha your going melt. I have some friends from Thompson Ontario. That's like 500k north of the U.S. boarder. They come down to southern Okalahoma every year to thaw out. Trust me you won't melt.

Now lets see, you folks go to a car wash to wash your car. Then to a dog wash to wash your dog who literally drinks the water coming out of the hose, then use a dryer hose on him? I love you Rocky! Never experienced anything like that! Can't wait to see the next video.

Watching this video, ive watched many of yours, but this all made clear why you have spirit forest omg i could NOT live in in that city omg the houses or stacked on top of each other, no WAY nope greetings from the Great Smokie Mountains of WNC i can be in the "city-town" In 20 mins if need be but ill stay on my mountain where houses are spread out a bit more. I can NOT see my neighbors in any direction. I understand you have to do whats necessary for income, and im really fortunate I dont have to go there much, self sufficient here in the mountains we can skin a buck and run a trot line, grow our on gardens and homemade wine. lol I feel for ya, wishing you the best and maybe one day you may never go back to that ole city. Regarding your lawn. Be happy your not in florida . When i get back from vacc. my lawn is up to my knees be cause we get so much rain in the summer it grows like crazy ...LOL i need to get a goat as a pet so he can do the lawn for me ...LOL..

Loved your day and the girls part too. Sorry bout the attempted boat theft, but it reminded you to keep it locked down. Texas in August is a terrible idea unless you are indoors the entire time. But you will survive and what you have to look forward to makes it all worth while. Have a good week. Oh yeah did you make the Title Company on time, that stuff is a real pain but really important too. Peace.

as a Jeep-top kayak hauler I know the occasional panic of forgetting if it’s supposed to be up there or not. The telltale thud when you pull into the garage with it on is not so forgettable tho
