Reliance Tipple (Wyoming) laser scan flythorugh

Geometria laser scanned the Reliance Coal Tipple in Reliance, Wyoming in 2012. The tipple functioned from 1910 until 1936, used as a sorting station for coal from the Reliance Coal Mine.
The tipple was scanned by Daniel McCurdy and Russell Gibb using a Faro x130 laser scanner.

My uncle, former RS Mayor George Osselton, used to tell me stories about "picking boney" at the Reliance Tipple when he was a kid. Interesting piece of history in Sweetwater County and coal mining. I'm a 4th generation coal miner.
