I once made a car wash basket for a guy's birthday. He had just gotten another car. I got a car wash bucket from the car wash section & filled it with car care items & car wash items. He loved it. My husband was happy he didn't have to come up with a gift idea 😂 I also made a winter car care basket with ice/ snow brush, de icer spray etc.

I can’t believe somebody commented that “nobody’s gonna want that“. It’s kind of silly for any one person to think that everybody on the planet thinks exactly like them. I know lots of people that would’ve liked any one of your baskets. These are also great gifts to give for a white elephant gift, exchange, or to neighbors that you don’t necessarily exchange gifts with, but that have been kind to you. It’s really the thought that counts. and a lot of thought went into all of these. Both my husband and I would have liked to receive any one of those and I happen to know that my daughter would have loved to have received the 90s casket. These are all great. The fact that they serve as inspiration is just the cherry on top.

I already have 2 gift ideas that I'm giving these 2 kids that I babysit. Juan: A handmade Neil Armstrong poster and a Minecraft diamond sword that's gonna be made out of cardboard and decorative tape. Niko: A Cocomelon toy that I won out of a claw machine and 2 handmade Minnie Mouse bows.

Loved your gift baskets. I have one tip though, you shouldn’t put highly scented things like candles with food items. The scented items can absorb into the food items and give them an off taste. If the candles are sealed so you can’t smell it closed, then it probably won’t affect the taste.
She’s didn’t use fresh food. Every food item was completely sealed in the packaging if not in a jar or can, so nothing is going to change the taste. And a candy cane isn’t absorbing anything
I caught major nostalgia vibes with the decade basket! The corner store/bodega candy, quarter "waters", quarter chips and snack cakes made you feel rich when you went to the store with a dollar 😄
You are amazing, Bethany! I so enjoy your videos. Your channel was the first one I ever subscribed to years ago...and it was at Christmas time because of your glam DIYs. Like you, I suck making bows. I bought Pro Bow The Hand a couple years ago and couldn't be happier. It is absolutely fantastic for someone like me. It has taken my gift giving up to looking professional and I love it for Christmas decorating, wreath bows, making children's hair bows, etc. There are UA-cam videos if you want to see it in action before you consider getting it. A good cocoa mix recipe for anyone doing large batches for gifts is 10 cups dry milk 4.5 cups sifted confectionary (powdered) sugar 1 3/4 to 2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder based on personal taste ( I like the special dark) 1 3/4 cup powdered non dairy creamer ( consider using. half the amount as french vanilla or a favorite flavor) Use 1/3 cup mix per 3/4 cup water or milk (for additional calcium, nutrients, creaminess, and unfortunately ... calories). My family ask for this and the kids remember it from their childhood. I make my cocoa with whole milk, 1T special dark unsweetened cocoa in a large mug, and a few mini marshmallows as an occasional holiday treat. I'm diabetic so the above recipe doesn't work for me.
