I think in this fandom a lot of people tend to forget that yes, these people are probably cataforized as serial killers--I think this brought that back into the light a little bit, highlighting Jeff's insanity and in my opinion his thirst for blood in a really aesthetically pleasing way :>
This reminds me a lot of the old memes and animation that used this kind of screen, really gives the classic Creepypasta vibes
