Yes we can use spray varnish or 2-3 coats of clear varnish to protect it .. or u can use transparent nail polish too..

Acrylic paint will peel off and get scratches, so you should use a sealant such as mod podge or several coats of clear nail polish...it will help protect the paint and it will make the phone cover long lasting

Yes you can use fabric paint too .. if you protect it with varnish it won't fade.. but sometimes it will peel off when it scratches with sharp objects .. try it with old cases ..
