It's not like they had a choice, as they were ambushed while in a column, and by a highly mobile force. The Lannister and Tarly forces could have defended against the doth raki if they repositioned the supply carts in defensive positions to break up the calvary charges and absorb arrow fire, but the dragon made it a no-win situation for the loyalist forces.

    • @NewToCool74

People tend to forget that Robert was legit a great warrior who had great knowledge when it came to battle. He even makes it clear he was always more suited to lead a army as a Commander rather than lead the seven kingdoms as King hence why be expected Ned to take the thrown once the war over. Robert of course had no choice but to take it once Ned didn't want it but I have no doubt Robert would have been just fine leading the army under Ned's rule had things fallen that way.

Maybe some humor coming from characters we're not used to being funny; Maybe some questions about how time is passing; Maybe some characters' personalities seem a little bit different than we've seen up until now; Maybe some other ways the show is written that seem to be a bit off from what we've been used to....

Also Littlefinger gave Sansa a great lesson with his speech about 'Think of every possibility of what people want & you will not be surprised' & Sansa has learnt to learn. @JB-Deadskins 10 місяців тому

@@Surprise_Inspection I doubt this "river" is polluted like that. But that's not my point anyway. Rivers don't just drop off to those depths that quickly unless they are cutting through rock or are raging. This was neither of those. And you see him sinking to bottomless depths. Then in the next episode, Bronn fishes him out, and they crawl through the shallow water to the land. There's just no way.

40:23 "I know they didn't get there that fast." Welcome to the End-of-Game-of-Thrones-Criticism-Club. No, they couldn't. But they did. Basically part of why so many people dislike the end of the series - everything is rushed and the timelines make no sense. They should've added in teleportation circles in and that'd make it at least a little more believable.

It's serious and brutal close to Saving Private Ryan. But it just needs to be seen. Directed by Steven Spielberg. Right after he did Jurassic Park and would later do Saving Private Ryan. Please watch it when you get a chance. I love this exchange: Brienne: "Who taught you that?" Arya: "No-one." Brilliant.

One of the coolest lines and you totally missed the point. Little Finger says "Chaos is a ladder" to Varys in season 3. By saying that specific line back to Little Finger, Bran just revealed that he sees him. He knows who he is and what he's done. That is why Little Finger was spooked.
