Save yourself the ice cube and sprinkle water on your paper towel before you heat up your rice. Rehydrates and starts to steam the rice better than the ice cube! I promise!
An even lazier option, just sprinkle a little water directly on the rice before microwaving. If your rice is really dry I’d add water and mix it. I promise it’s the same too. I’ve become very lazy as an adult 😂
