Frightening things will come one day. The ones that are able to make due with being away from the "system" will have an easier time. The earlier you can prepare, the better. Don't let nostalgia or the "shiny" things keep you.
A few things I learned very young and early on. Learn to be very private and closed off. No matter if you are happy, or going through the worst times, you don't express it to anyone, because the majority of people out there will try to bring you down or make you even more miserable. Be a slab of concrete, cold and unreadable. Also, adopt a "take what you can gwt" mentality. Don't have any set goals or dreams because they will fail. Take any opportunity that is within reach that fulfills your needs and stick with it. Whether it be fast food or a janitorial job. I have been doing the same thing for years and I am content with it. Things are not good everywhere right now, it is in a steady collapse. If you can find any gig that is steady and reliable, stick with it and live by the day.

Best way to avoid homelessness is to have land/property owned outright…. You have to be willing to travel out to country, outside of the Metropolitan areas. You’ll be lucky to have income of $2000 a month. I would suggest people team up with each other to buy a piece of property because losing income is going to be common for most of us in the near future.

Untrue. The combined annual property taxes of my two condos and my house are less than $9000. You can’t rent an apartment for more than four months with that money. No way nine grand is going to tax me off my properties.

Do what you have to do (legally) to survive whether it’s lawn care, janitorial, fast food etc. I speak prosperity and victory over your life right now and you need to speak the same. Words are powerful.
There are tens of millions of homeless people in America, and a good portion are elderly. The "prosperity" gospel* as you call it doesn't work in the real world. That's okay: you will soon be joining him The true colors are going to shine through for everyone.
We are all just sacrifices to the rich. If you wish to survive homelessness, you will need to adapt, need skill society will not teach you. You will suffer, and go without. And no love in poverty, so prepare to be alone in the darkness of this world. So exercise, read, study, and train in a skill set. Stock up any dry food you can, learn to clean water, and stay away from crowded areas.

My vehicle has over 340,000 thousand miles on it's engine and transmission. My car is almost going to break down forever unless I get a rebuilt engine for it. ✅ I would like to buy a van or a SUV that gets at least 35 miles per gallon.
If you’re in good physical health. I would suggest replacing the engine yourself and buying all the tools. There’s plenty of resources on UA-cam to teach you how to do it.

I can make my own 190 Proof alcohol with an alcohol still on my friends country forest property. I can produce 1 gallon of alcohol for less than $2 dollars. As a Registered Nurse that lives in Alabama..... " One healthcare condition away from facing homelessness " Is the truest statement I've heard in a long time. I can't tell you the number of patients that are losing everything including their homes because of a cancer diagnosis. Or a major stroke with paralysis , debilitating heart attacks. Patients in their 50's are being placed in nursing homes. These people have to turn their homes and checks over to the nursing homes for payment. Now there spouse and children are put on the street. This man is speaking truth!
Truth of the matter is Most folks are two paychecks away I'm complete financial disaster If the rent gas electricity insurance and food keep going up it's really going to add up to the bottom line Most folks are going to end up spending an additional 3 to $700 a month just to live and most was really can't afford to do that so it's best to come up with a plan B now versus falling off the cliff later

this was more good info to add on to the previous video you did about this topic because we live in very uncertain times and so it's always good to get prepared the best way we can. Everyone should have had their wake up call during the pandemic because most of us didn't expect that. This was such good practical info Andrew especially as far as having a large vehicle to use in case of a bad situation. Because if there's any critical situation going on in this country in which we need to escape, having a vehicle to be able to quickly get on the move is really important.
I think you're worried about the wrong thing if we don't have any electric you won't be getting any gas out of the pump so you won't be going too awful far I think people better worry about repenting for their sins instead of worried about getting a big vehicle so they can get away

I agree with you, I have been homeless once before, most of us walk a razors edge of being homeless, Tent cities are popping up everywhere, some are experiencing unfortunate events and some are self inflicted. When I’m homeless, I sleep behind the steering wheel because in the back I never have enough room. Police always bothering me, sun comes up it’s so hot, and looking for drinks & bathrooms was a hassle on a daily.

The system is getting harder and it’s getting more impossible to keep everything in good order and paid for and paid for in a timely manner. I don’t care what anybody says about poverty mentality I agree with this brother it’s very easy to go into debt even if you’re doing a lot of things correctly because what some people don’t factor for is a sudden death in the family, health condition or just bad circumstances that happened to you outside of your control and I know that 1st hand.
My first hand experience is two educated adults with degrees one with a masters , house, car payments, bills, eating out movies events occasionally and a family member gets deathly ill and using your health insurance and finances to keep this person alive and you go broke. You use up life insurance policies and exhaust health insurance. Quit your job because the person needs care around the clock and the health insurance will only pay for someone to come in a couple of hours a day. That can happen to anybody and the so-called safety nets are not really there and then you find you can’t pay your rent or you find it hard to even pay for groceries and eat and the person needs healthy foods in order for them to recover. It’s easy to fall into homelessness.

It’s cuz they know what’s coming…they know we’re all here on UA-cam and Reddit collectively encouraging each other and teaching each other how to survive without a roof over our heads and without excess. They need to put more fear in people who are on the fence about it. It will prevent most people from taking the leap, even if necessary. They will rather die by picking up a third, or even fourth shift to be able to cover their bills. I know, because I was that person in the past. I almost died from it too. It was the best thing that ever happened to me though, because now I value my life more than ANYTHING. I now know my life is not worth even the roof over my head. I remember thinking I’d rather die than be homeless, but now I would rather be homeless than ever work for a greedy corporation again. I’ve just been doing odd contract work directly for clients and it’s tough and barely pays the bills, but my peace is beyond anything I could have comprehended this time last year!
Learning to car camp is very important right now. Regular people shouldn’t have to hustle harder or struggle just for basic essentials. Inflation is the problem, and it’s not getting any better. It’s affecting employers and employees. It’s almost like it was planned. They wanna destroy the middle class.
People have to change the way they think. The U.S. is overpopulated, and there is more unemployment, with technology. If u dont have a high paying job , u r screwed. The working class, is living paychk to paychk. The wages aren't keeping up, with the cost of living now.
You also have to go through a lot of bullsht when trying to find an apartment. They want perfect credit etc. You could have a decent paying job and enough money saved but they will not approve you because you don't have enough credit. I personally do not like credit.Then they might have other crazy requirements.
I think it's brilliant to put money aside for the purchase of a large enough vehicle to live in and still be able to park it discreetly so that might mean I Toyota Mini Van with a high top You need to be able to sleep without bending your legs to avoid blood clots.or it might mean a cargo Van that you have arranged to have letters painted on the outside so that you can park it anywhere discreetly. It would be so much better to move before you have an eviction on your record. It would be a good idea to find out where you could sign up for a 24 hour gym before you lose your house or apartment.. Also make sure that you have vehicle insurance in your budget. Also extreme down sizing and declattering right now will make it easier on you later..PLAN.. Maybe look into getting a small solar generator that is portable one of the ones that sell for $600. ..OUPES 600 can charge up your cellphone and a fan.
Also one of the best things you can do is get in top shape since it allows you to perform better at work which reduces your chances of losing your job. I ran up $22K in credit card debt buying and learning a certain tech after college and it lead to a spectacular career. But I really had to work hard for it and give a lot of things up. And there is no guarantee anything is going to work.

No place to live here and no one cares about the homeless it's a different story when a person has a family living well then becomes homeless People who are not homeless donot understand or see or care what we face every day as a homeless person
Find a nice fixer upper in no-where land. I found mine in western Mo. One of the rural counties, I have 2 acres and a manufactured home all I pay is 300 dollars a year in land taxes, over 10 years my taxes have only increased 20 bucks. So it can still be done, I bought my place for 25 grand cash 10 years ago. I still see deals every once in a while.

The system was designed to create debt slaves. Create good times with low tax rates -> people go and buy homes and vehicles,, fast forward; create bad times with higher tax rates -> people lose jobs /or are not able to pay - debt slaves are made... and the cycle continues.
One last comment, I recently saw on TV an interview with Pierce Morgan and Kevin Spacey recently where Mr. Spacey revealed that he had to give up his house in Baltimore and that he had no place to live. This is a well renowned actor who made tons of movies and we all know what actors get paid and he is facing homelessness so anybody that thinks that you are safe from being homeless that’s not true.

Great video there are people who make over $100,000 and homeless and live in a car specially people who live in San Francisco, California and they work for these big tech companies.
That’s their fault. 99% of tech jobs arent in an office setting. They are work from home jobs. So there’s no reason to remain in expensive cities. Also if you make 100k and can’t afford a home you are doing something wrong.

Homelessness is a great population control method for the powers that be. Section 8 government housing will be the new norm. Partially imprisoned while not being there.
My husband and I was in the market to buy a home in FL in 2012. Many folks were squirling away their mortgage payments while their homes were in foreclosure. Our realtor shared the same logic you did. It's smarter to save your money and invest in a new place or homeless prep over paying for a place you're going to lose anyway. We tried to buy some of the foreclosures but the banks were being buttholes. Also cash buyers purchased houses. Same thing is gonna happen again. Great advice.

My vehicle has over 340,000 thousand miles on it's engine and transmission. My car is almost going to break down forever unless I get a rebuilt engine for it.

As a Registered Nurse that lives in Alabama..... " One healthcare condition away from facing homelessness " Is the truest statement I've heard in a long time. I can't tell you the number of patients that are losing everything including their homes because of a cancer diagnosis. Or a major stroke with paralysis , debilitating heart attacks. Patients in their 50's are being placed in nursing homes. These people have to turn their homes and checks over to the nursing homes for payment. Now there spouse and children are put on the street. This man is speaking truth!

Truth of the matter is Most folks are two paychecks away I'm complete financial disaster If the rent gas electricity insurance and food keep going up it's really going to add up to the bottom line Most folks are going to end up spending an additional 3 to $700 a month just to live and most was really can't afford to do that so it's best to come up with a plan B now versus falling off the cliff later

this was more good info to add on to the previous video you did about this topic because we live in very uncertain times and so it's always good to get prepared the best way we can. Everyone should have had their wake up call during the pandemic because most of us didn't expect that. This was such good practical info Andrew especially as far as having a large vehicle to use in case of a bad situation. Because if there's any critical situation going on in this country in which we need to escape, having a vehicle to be able to quickly get on the move is really important.

When I’m homeless, I sleep behind the steering wheel because in the back I never have enough room. Police always bothering me, sun comes up it’s so hot, and looking for drinks & bathrooms was a hassle on a daily.

The system is getting harder and it’s getting more impossible to keep everything in good order and paid for and paid for in a timely manner. I don’t care what anybody says about poverty mentality I agree with this brother it’s very easy to go into debt even if you’re doing a lot of things correctly because what some people don’t factor for is a sudden death in the family, health condition or just bad circumstances that happened to you outside of your control and I know that 1st hand.
My first hand experience is two educated adults with degrees one with a masters , house, car payments, bills, eating out movies events occasionally and a family member gets deathly ill and using your health insurance and finances to keep this person alive and you go broke. You use up life insurance policies and exhaust health insurance. Quit your job because the person needs care around the clock and the health insurance will only pay for someone to come in a couple of hours a day. That can happen to anybody and the so-called safety nets are not really there and then you find you can’t pay your rent or you find it hard to even pay for groceries and eat and the person needs healthy foods in order for them to recover. It’s easy to fall into homelessness.

It’s cuz they know what’s coming…they know we’re all here on UA-cam and Reddit collectively encouraging each other and teaching each other how to survive without a roof over our heads and without excess. They need to put more fear in people who are on the fence about it. It will prevent most people from taking the leap, even if necessary. They will rather die by picking up a third, or even fourth shift to be able to cover their bills. I know, because I was that person in the past. I almost died from it too. It was the best thing that ever happened to me though, because now I value my life more than ANYTHING. I now know my life is not worth even the roof over my head. People have to change the way they think. The U.S. is overpopulated, and there is more unemployment, with technology. If u dont have a high paying job , u r screwed. The working class, is living paychk to paychk. The wages aren't keeping up, with the cost of living now.
You also have to go through a lot of bullsht when trying to find an apartment. They want perfect credit etc. You could have a decent paying job and enough money saved but they will not approve you because you don't have enough credit. I personally do not like credit.Then they might have other crazy requirements.
I think it's brilliant to put money aside for the purchase of a large enough vehicle to live in and still be able to park it discreetly so that might mean I Toyota Mini Van with a high top You need to be able to sleep without bending your legs to avoid blood clots.or it might mean a cargo Van that you have arranged to have letters painted on the outside so that you can park it anywhere discreetly. It would be so much better to move before you have an eviction on your record. It would be a good idea to find out where you could sign up for a 24 hour gym before you lose your house or apartment.. Also make sure that you have vehicle insurance in your budget. Also extreme down sizing and declattering right now will make it easier on you later..PLAN.. Maybe look into getting a small solar generator that is portable one of the ones that sell for $600. ..OUPES 600 can charge up your cellphone and a fan.
I’ve been homeless before, sleeping in my car so I’ve been preparing for this since the pandemic.
Also one of the best things you can do is get in top shape since it allows you to perform better at work which reduces your chances of losing your job. I ran up $22K in credit card debt buying and learning a certain tech after college and it lead to a spectacular career. But I really had to work hard for it and give a lot of things up. And there is no guarantee anything is going to work.

Find a nice fixer upper in no-where land. I found mine in western Mo. One of the rural counties, I have 2 acres and a manufactured home all I pay is 300 dollars a year in land taxes, over 10 years my taxes have only increased 20 bucks.
So it can still be done, I bought my place for 25 grand cash 10 years ago. I still see deals every once in a while.

One last comment, I recently saw on TV an interview with Pierce Morgan and Kevin Spacey recently where Mr. Spacey revealed that he had to give up his house in Baltimore and that he had no place to live. This is a well renowned actor who made tons of movies and we all know what actors get paid and he is facing homelessness so anybody that thinks that you are safe from being homeless that’s not true.

My husband and I was in the market to buy a home in FL in 2012. Many folks were squirling away their mortgage payments while their homes were in foreclosure. Our realtor shared the same logic you did. It's smarter to save your money and invest in a new place or homeless prep over paying for a place you're going to lose anyway. We tried to buy some of the foreclosures but the banks were being buttholes. Also cash buyers purchased houses. Same thing is gonna happen again. Great advice.
