Hello Simon, thank you for your time and thoughtful feedback of Tarot of H'Arts. I am truly grateful to you and your marvelous viewers. I am very happy to have discovered your wonderful channel, and look forward to watching your upcoming walkthroughs. Many blessings 🙏❣
Utterly gorgeous! I absolutely love the vibrant colours. Like you, I was relieved to see that tradition is kept with the minors suits. I can't be doing with different names, either! Thank you, Simon, a lovely walk through as always 😊
Love this so much has a sort of circus feel as well. I wonder if the blue hair is to do with Krishna...certainly has the most fantastic Indian colour palette. That Strength card is wonderful.
Hi there Simon, thank you for another cozy and great review! I always look forward to embarking on these journeys with you. I’ve seen quite a few reviews of this deck, and even though it is gorgeous I would expect the High Priestess and the Empress to be a bit more different… there’s something in their postures and the way they stare at the viewer that confuses me, I can’t tell one from the other, which is very unfortunate as I was eagerly waiting for this deck to be available.
I like this deck, it's colourful, slightly anarchic and fun. A little less stringent to the RWS imagery which I find makes it more evocative. Need to put some thought into whether it would be a useful addition to my palette. Once again, thank you.
I love this, the colors and art style. Also love the clear to read titles on the bottom of the cards. The cardstock being linen pushed me over into buying it. I'm not fond of anatomical hearts, they creep me out, but I'll overlook them or interpret them as strawberries :)
I'm with you on this one. I'm ordering it. U.S. Games has boosted their pricess along with their quality in linen stock, big book and sturdy boxes. Amazon has it here for $31.00 That's a jump from what I'm used to, but I'd better get used to it, I guess. This deck is beautifully different, with a vivid color palette reminiscent of Mexican folk art and Latin American art suggesting Carnevale. Some of the images remind me of Tarot For All Ages which I love. There are other references to too many decks for me to list, but the depictions and colors are refreshingly different. When you reviewed Tarot of Traditions I was ready to buy because I've always loved Giuliano Costa's work, but I hated the red panels at the bottom. They didn't seem to fit the color scheme of the deck. These however work very well and consistently within the palette used. So it's not that I hate red borders, but they need to be complimentary. The artwork reminds me also of the Metaphysical Period in art preceding the surrealists, and headed by De Chirico and Carra. (I've come to realize that Symbolist Art and Metaphysical Art have important connections with tarot art transitioning during the period between the late 1800s and early 1900s. I'm sure their mystque had an effect on Pixie, or vice versa). I'm happy that these are linen and the backs are pretty. I like the yellow edges too. I'm looking at this deck and thinking this would make a great Christmas gift. I know I'm jumping the gun, but the colorful fun and festivity of it smacks of the dazzling joys of colorful trinkets and play at Holiday time.Oh, and the music you chose for the video was perfection! I wondered if the music and orange satin background were affecting my decision to buy. This one gets high praise from me Simon.
Truly grateful to you, dear Robin. You and Simon are wonderful. Yes, the background music Simon selected for the walkthrough of Tarot of H'Arts was perfect!🙏❣
Thank you for the walk through, Simon. My first impression is...colorful, nice cardstock ...but definitely not for me. I have a few colorful decks that I prefer to this one. Unboxing videos are so helpful. 😊❤
Great eye, Tippy! Thank you so much for your observation. You are correct. I am the artist who painted The Sun for the Pride Tarot (a collaborative deck), and Tarot of H'Arts is the first tarot I have totally created--- that's why The Suns in both decks look familiar to you. Grateful for your time and comment. Wishing you a sunny day 🌞❣🌞
The style is not my taste but I can see others liking it, it’s very colourful and creative, the eight of wands you said looked like an album cover - it’s Dark Side of the Moon by Punk Floyd.
That is weird Simon 🤔The sun card is almost exactly the same as the pride Tarot with two different illustrators huh ? It is a very bright deck. I am not sure about this one the hearts creep me out lol. I love the linen cardstock though 🥰🥰💜💜🩵🩵
Thank you so much for your kind feedback and for noticing the similarities of The Sun cards in the Pride Tarot and in Tarot if H’Arts and that is because I painted The Sun cards for both decks ☺️ I was a contributing artist for Pride Tarot, and Tarot of H’Arts is my first tarot deck. So grateful for your time and observations. Wishing you a sunny day 🌞🙏🏽♥️✨

Thank you for watching, always appreciated 😍
Completely in love with that Death card!
Thank you, Tippy. I am delighted you like the Death card in Tarot of H'Arts. Such a lovely way to start a new day. Truly grateful to you.🙏❣

Good question! Maybe 🤔

Hello dear Leandro, thank you so much for your time and feedback regarding Tarot of H'Arts. You are so thoughtful. 🙏❣
the two of pentacles looks like Amy Winehouse wearing a hat, aww bless her
Yes!
Very colourful and interesting artwork.
Bold and beautiful😊

Great idea! Enjoy your new deck!🍓
That's funny 😂I said the same thing about the hearts but the deck is to Beautiful to pass up. Take care ❤❤
Beautiful ❤
And me too!! I love the first coffee of the day and the one of the evening after a long day.
They’re the best!

I’m pleased you like it so much, Robin. I also look forward to watching your in-depth review of the deck. 😍
I agree it has that South American look, kind of like the Mara Lunne does which I adore and heard about from you! Hope you're well, Robin!
@@the_hermits_cave I also ordered the Star Maiden Tarot. Not sure if you reviewed that one, or if it would appeal to you.

@@isabelhayes_tarotofharts Thank you Isabel for your wonderful deck. How sweet of you to respond.

Fair enough! 😍
Isn't the sun in one of the LGBTQ decks? It definitely looks familiar.

Very!

That’s the one!! Thank you 🙏🏼
I don't like the angular faces and colored hair too much, but I love the perkiness in the people 😂
