Ingredients
1 kg Chicken Thigh
5-6 pieces green Cardamom
5-6 pieces Cloves
2-3 Bay leaves
2 large Onion(pyaaz) (Finely Chopped)
4 Piece Green Chilies
2 large tomato (Finely Chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic and Ginger paste
2 Tablespoon cooking Oil
1½ teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric (besar) Powder
1 teaspoon Kasmiri Mirch (can also use degi mirch)
Table Salt (According to taste)
