donuts are water ,flour, yest and convection sugar. thats how we make them. then you add your flavors for certain ones, like chocolate. but others like our blue berry are a diff mix. anyway, i do it all in bulk, you can find good recipes on youtube tho. in my opinion, learn how to make a glazed old fashion (also called sour cream donut, same donut), for me, those are the best! also, do yu know what marcopone cheese is? i can give you a recipe for a kinda topping if you want.
we make them in bulk, i would have no idea how to break down the measurments for you. im sorry. i work for a comany, so we make hundreds a day, we also ship them to other stores. i wouldnt know where to beggin to break down something smaller for you that you could do at home but i am sure you can look up on youtube here a good reciepe.
Yes, it's even shown in this video. Search "Classofoods yeast raised donuts", and in that page you will see a baker's percentage part, where he mentions how much baking powder and (fresh) yeast you can put in relation to flour. You don't want to go overboard with it, though.
