Hello Mr. Powell. With many of the music cues you posted on here, I must say you are one of the best classical composers of the modern era of film music next to John Williams. You put in a lot of effort into having everyone in the orchestra playing when creating fully fledged orchestrations. Using different textures, melodies, and colors just show how diverse a film score can sound especially when playing around with leitmotifs. When I watched and listened to the music of Hears a Who, I just amazed by the different styles and genres you brought into each cue. Once again, thanks for being one of my inspirations to eventually work on musical mockups and orchestrating film scores one day
I am glad these things are posted. For me they are a lot easier to follow than the DAW piano-rolls, but it is really frustrating not seeing the full set of instruments playing.

I also liked the score Horton Hears a Who, the soundtrack is underrated, the movie is underrated IMO.

could you persuade mr. Hans Zimmer so you guys upload something from Kung Fu Panda as well?
Such a beautiful piece!
Can someone please explain me what 2m6 is standing for? I saw these numbers in many scores of John Powell, but I don't know their meaning.
2m6 means that this cue (piece of music) goes with the 6th part of the 2nd (virtual) reel of film.
Man, without the bouncing ball I can barely keep up
