Hi everyone, I wanted to let everyone know that this editing style of this series is heavily inspired by @MeganRhiannon over here on youtube. If you do not follow here already, I highly recommend following her content (it's the best). I've been a fan of her planning style for years, and love the feel of her attic archives series. I've also been into several other 'cozy artist vlogs' over here on youtube and I'm drawing inspiration from there. My intent was not to copy Megan - but I think I've followed her style a bit too close. Thank you all for watching and the feedback. I'll be working to adjust the editing style throughout the remainder of the challenge. (brining this comment over from day 1 - re-editing day three a bit this morning)
I honestly don't think it's a problem. The only thing I feel you could change is maybe the subtitling style (just to make it feel like your own). But all vlogs are essentially a combination of clips. I don't think you need to apologise, especially when you've already credited Megan so many times. Looking forward to the other videos. 💜
I'm loving this series! The vibe is so peaceful, calm, quiet, clean & minimal. Perfect for morning :). And I always learn from your videos. Thanks for doing this!
I have been absolutely loving your videos - and this series has been the best! I love that you are so calming with your narrations, and the whole aesthetic is simple, functional, and also #plannergoals. Can't wait for the next one to post!
Thank you, Lindsey. Last July I came across your channel. You inspired me to start bullet journalling again. I tried a couple of times and really enjoyed it, but I had not consistency. In December I had my first bujo completed. I also use your weekly layout in bujo. It was really useful. I only use one planner, but I love watching your cosy videos and picking some ideas and tricks. Thank you so much. 🖤🖤
Totally random question for you... I have been re-watching these a couple of times as I have recently gone back to my Weeks (I always keep my Cousin going) since it is so small and portable so I have been seeing how you combine the two. These videos have been very helpful. My question for you is this: how did you do Adriene's little yoga calendar? I do her monthly calendars each month and I would like to do this for March. How do you print them so small and what are the dimensions??
kind of losing my mind that you've even seen one of my videos, let alone it making the cut in your video 🥹 this was awesome just like all the rest of your content-- cant wait for the rest of the series!!
Thanks! They’re from Reddit. If you Google search “Reddit stardew valley last day to plant” and “Reddit stardew valley community center guide” you should find them in Google images! I always forget to save the post so it’s how I find them again 😅
Love the videos. I have been trying to keep a daily journal....it can be a struggle for me. On a side note I am also looking into purchasing a Nintendo switch. It looks like you have an oled switch. Do you find it to large to take places? I don't envision plugging into a TV but I don't want to be disappointed with the smaller screen size on the switch lite. Would love to see videos on your switch and what games you are playing!
I’ve had a Nintendo switch lite for a few years and I’ve really loved the size and portability. I recently got the OLED and since I only play in handhold as well the screen is a huge upgrade. My intention was to travel with the lite now and leave the oled at home. But I don’t find it too large to take along on short outing depending on the case you find. Can’t go wrong either way!
Love this series. How is the desk "ring light" working for you? I am looking for something similar, can't decide between desktop and clamp style. Thanks!
I go back and fourth with it. I got a new desk so the old clamp style one I had no longer worked. I don't use the light to film with since I'm right by the window. But I like how it combined filming arm / desk lamp into one piece! I think the clamp styles are a bit easier on the budget and loved mine and still use it for b-roll if you're not sure which to start with.
Hi Lindsey, I am absolutely loving this series!!!! Do you happen to remember where you got those adorable bear caps for your switch?? They are so cute :)
they're from reddit. If you search "stardew valley reddit last day to plant" and "stardew valley reddit community center guide" you should find them in the google image results. I resized them in canva before adding to my planner. They're a bit blurry with the size, but I've played the game enough it still works out when i need to reference something quick
Hi! This editing style was very much inspired by Megan’s along with other artists vlogs. Something I realize I haven’t called out properly and I’ll have to adjust a bit to make sure things don’t feel like I’m copying others directly because that wasn’t my intent. Thank you for your comment!
The idea of this series and the visuals are very very similar to meghan rhiannon’s videos. I’ve been following lindsey for a while now and i’ve loved her content but regarding this series i don’t think it’s quite cool to copy another content creator like that 😕
Hi, this is a very good point! I’ve been very inspired by Megan’s planning style and editing and have not given her proper credit. I’ll address this right away. I’ve been watching a lot of other cozy artist vlogs from different creators as well and pulling a lot of inspo from that not just Megan. Uncomfy and co artists vlogs are another favorite. I’ve been try to focus more on topics related to how I plan and use things which I had hoped felt more like my “standard” content versus feeling like I was copying others. But I see that’s not translating now. Thank you for your comment.
idm at all- please don't intervene on my behalf. if you were concerned i'd rather you contact me directly so i can deal with it personally if i felt it was necessary. i have no issue with lindsey's videos :-) (also it's 'megan' not 'meghan')

Where did you get the cover that has the elastic band built in? Or did you make it? I love it!
It’s a diy! I sewed some elastic onto a hoboncihi clear cover on cover
Love the video! Thank you! Where’d you get the cute print outs for Stardew?

They’re from Amazon. I think I searched “bear joystick covers”. They came in a two pack with some white bunnies!
@@lindseyscribbles thank you so much!!!
Is that an iPad you are using? If so, do you have a case on it? If so, can you link the stand? 😊
Love your videos. What video editing app on iPad are you using for your videos? 😍
thank you! I use Luma Fusion
