- We're ending 2018 with my take on "Speckles the Tarbosaurus" AKA "The Dino King", every edgy kid's favourite dinosaur movie ever.

The rock music that plays every time -Scar- One-Eye is on screen is literal perfection
But the sad part is the music is better than the movie

Prometheus will ALWAYS be referenced whenever there's a stupid plotpoint that can be avoided if you just run to the side. It's like how David Carradine will always be remembered dying from autoerotic asphyxiation.
The inability to simply step aside from something oncoming goes far beyond Prometheus. Pretty much any chase scene in any movie or TV show does it.

you got to admire one eye's dedication to killing this single tarbosaurus family when there are possibly more yet for some reason the movie decides that speckles, his mom, brother, twin sisters, blue eyes and their babies are the only tarbosaurs in the universe

@@osmosisjones4912 Sometimes they can spot skin impressions on fossils, that's how they know some theropods (especially raptors and such, but also some Tyrannosauroids) had feathers, and not armor skin.
@@lievenvanloo6011 What Yrex . Feathers have foundation on Tyronsaurs that link to birds. They slow it down. And don't compare to Ostrich their legs are directly under their body massage. Tyranosour ran more on Conectic energy and Arowdinamics .

Variant idea hell jaw anjanath an anjanath with a mysterious mutation that causes fire to spew out every orifice of its body and it gets more and more enraged throughout the fight to the point where it's body temperatures Rises too high and it eventually has to use a supernova in order to not kill itself this mutation also makes it 10 times more aggressive than usual the difference between a normal anjanath and they hell jaw anjanath is that the hell Jaws is with the fire coming out of its back
Your editing makes this movie infinitely better and if the entire movie were edited that way I'd watch it every day.
Honestly I've found myself enjoying this movie before and ive never been sure why especially with what you point out here, but you can get a bit invested if you ignore the crazy plot and the godawful child voice acting.
But One Eye is definitely some deviant art OC, all he needs is a tragic backstory and maybe an anime wig.
I was an impressionable young child who grew up with this.. Nostalgia is truly a powerful force..

Oh my God, this was fucking hilarious. I had never even heard of this movie before, but I am very glad your summary and critique of it was my introduction to it. Your reactions were hilarious and literally made me laugh out loud several times, the music selection did too ("Ocean Man" made me cry, honestly), the memes were unexpected but perfectly timed, and your references were spot on. Great video, it kept me entertained all throughout despite the movie being a hot dumpster fire. (Like "I'M SPECKLES," are you fucking kidding me? Lol.)

It was aimed at kids, and kids love dinosaurs, and are much less critical than adults. No shame in loving something, and realizing that it doesn't stand up to adult sensibilities.

@@EvilBertieChap The copyright deadlock doesn't seem to actually work, some of the songs are claimed by UMG, some by WMG, but there still seem to be advertisements on the video. I don't care about those, anyway, the only thing I care about is whether or not the video is viewable at all, and the previous version was blocked worldwide just because of Linkin Park - Faint. That's why for this version I increased the pitch of all the Linkin Park songs. Numb (the song in the credits) was still detected, but at least the video isn't blocked worlwide (due to the movie footage it's blocked in South Korea, but I don't care about that).
