- Terrance Lewis, 20, was at a co-worker's apartment cooking meals for the homeless when Raishard Potts shot him from the parking lot, Houston police say.
Why would/should an alleged murderer who's been in jail since last January for assault on a security guard be given the option of an ankle monitor? Make this make sense.
