2 MagicShine 8000 V2 Glitches from new | Ali Express | 5 faulty remotes | Loss of connection to unit

This video was requested from Ali Express to show the faults within these brand of lights. MagicShine take head. The light unit on the right has delays will not change brightness until you double click the remote, which then skips the first setting and settles on the 2nd brightness until the next click.
The 2nd light on the left has major issues where the remote does not correspond after the unit is turned of for a period of time. The light on the right reacts differently, but delays exist still. It turns on but then does not turn off or change from high beam to low beam using the square button. Also, the circle button does not change the brightness between the low beam's three settings.
This is not the only issue with these lights, three remotes when you turn the battery cover tabs anti-clockwise break, which is due to poor design. The light cover has three tabs that seal the battery cover, but one of these breaks off, when you try and release the battery. Two additional remotes i purchased in the UK done the same thing.
In the video, I demo the remotes signal is not the issue with the second light. In the 2nd section of the video, after the lights have been turned off for a period, I demo the 2nd light with two remotes where the major faults still exist.
In the video, I have repaired three of the remotes tabs using super glue.

I have the Monteer 8000s v2 for about 3 years and everything works flawless.

The factory has clarified the faults in the video/they have now redesigned parts. I have one that's okay, but one total failure, which is on its way back to them.

Hi,
I didn't. They ignored me from the start to the beginning. The light was lost on its way back to the supplier. A good thing to have happened, because it was rubbish.

Hi there,
Sorry you had to go through this ordeal with this dreadful company, as did myself. I purchased the 12000 monteer after the torture with these lights, risking it, because of the high brightness I required.
I'm dreading the day something happens to all the lights I have. I have never used it yet or the 8000 monteer that was sort of working (time I recorded this) because I am in the process of building an E-Bike. I will forward this video to them with all these comments again. A video I put together on these faults below.

They're very badly behaved for a company that sells to the public. They ignored me multiple times after claiming they would send me remotes, which wouldn't have solved the problem. The light units are at fault, as I always expected. I hope you get something sorted.
I suspect the 12000 will fail like the 8000 out of the box. Shocking considering these lights are meant to be the leading brand as spoken of by me in my latest video. I didn't mention all these troubles.
