- So who doesn't love super EASY and super CHEAP DIY ideas ?! I know I do. Here is an idea that came to mind as I was browsing the aisles at Dollar Tree. I had been trying to figure out a way to organize my rings, but couldn't come up with easy supplies to use. Confession time: I had originally bought some party favors that were gonna be holders for each ring and they ended up being to big! So that was a total fail, haha. Then I saw the hair rollers and was like OMG this is what I need !!!! So I matched the rollers with a plastic basket and VOILA, a super adorable ring holder ;D
*S U B S C R I B E if you love cheap stuff !

Just an Idea: If you want it to look fancier, you can wrap the rollers in satin fabric, cover the box with a velvet black fabric, and add lace or ribbons~
Lizzybear29 now THAT would definitely make it look like i bought it from a store ;) such a great idea !!! :D
I know I'm late to this post, but I love your idea. I'm a fancy gal. Also, I used different fabrics bc I collect Sterling rings. I went OCD, but it's a healthier addiction. I used black fishnets I never wore (getting old--lol!)
Hair curlers is such a fabulous idea!
thank you 😁
This is EXACTLY the kind of diy project I was looking for!!! Tysm!!
so happy i could help 😁
U are super duper great with crafts I see... This is a great idea because I want to make glue rings and I couldn't find a ring holder cheap enough to use until now u are a life saver..... Thank u for posting it
Darryan Scott glad you enjoyed it ! thank you so much for watching :D
great idea! one of the best ones i've seen here. One can also wrap pretty fabric on the hair rollers and use it to make a different sort of look. :) also, love your nails!
Nefertsukia that is such a great idea !!! i might have to do that for myself ;)
and thank you for such a sweet comment
if you ever do it, please make sure to upload a vid! :D (sadly I'm not half as crafty as you are). I want to try this with a lidded wood box and using velvet, something to prevent tarnishing my silvers. You're welcome! ;)
Nefertsukia i may have to in the future ;) for this one i actually wanted to use velvet, but never got the chance to pick some up lol.
I saw ur video once before and could not find it again...thank God it came back up.

and thank you !!!
Hey darl. How would you keep them covered? Any ideas? Im planning on doing this btw, thanks!
OH MY GAAAD. i just told my husband i was gonna do this and asked him what i should use as a lid and he said "no need, your one should be arriving sometime this week i ordered it a couple days ago" =D still wanna try this though lol
Naomi Appleby i would say instead of the pencil basket, use something similar that comes with a lid. or how about a pencil box !!! hope this helps :D
Naomi Appleby omg i thought somebody else had responded to your comment, but it was you lol. you can use the one he bought you for your fancy rings and then the one you make for your more casual rings ;)
No need haha it was so ridiculously flimsy. It was weaker than what would normally be the inner packaging of something. So shxt. So i will be making mine after all !!! :D
Naomi Appleby woohoo ;)
I don't find the hair rollers on that site :(
try ebay! i'm sure you can find some there for super cheap :D

i'm sure you're not the only one 😉😃
I thought someone stole your idea but I checked the dates and it's the other way around. smh. someone else made this exact same vid using the exact same things even the basket over a year before you made yours. you could of at least gave her credit.
