Have you tried using a teaspoon of cucurmin or ground tumeric a day? It’s the best known anti inflammatory in the world. There is a particular way to take it; with a pinch of black pepper, a fat source(I use my ground seeds from seed cycling used to balance my hormones) and it needs to be warm but not cooked. Info in the medical journals. I have an aversion for meds. Basically, if something is wrong with me, I try to research and experiment on myself to get rid of it, typcially use food and herbs. I would NEVER put up with disabling side effects from pharmaceuticals, there are other options that won’t harm me out there. Sweet SD you have. I watched the vid when you were freezing collapsed on the floor, awful. I’ve had that happen to me when a dentist gave me a pain med on an empty stomach. I wound up on the floor(no chair)at a store freezing sick until it passed, horrible experience.

Food is the first medicine and can be so powerful. My hope is that people would see how much food affects their bodies. I initially changed how I ate in 2010 and went even stricter in 2017 which changed my health significantly. Unfortunately, sometimes food and herbs are not enough to treat my health issues, so I need to use pharmaceuticals. In my experience, they compliment each other. That is wonderful you have not had to use pharmaceuticals. I'm so sorry to hear that you passed out when the dentist gave you a pain med. That had to be such a scary experience!

@@IncredibleAnyway Kelly, have you ever looked at Dr John McDougall’s material? He did a segment on autoimmune diseases last week with Chef AJ. I have to deal with fibromyalgia but I think “they” just don’t know what’s wrong so “they” call it that. I have problems with neuropathy and bouts of dizziness. Have fallen a couple of times in the street, nothing like what you have had to deal with. Why do you have to use a chair? I’m also curious as to how old you are 🤭. My legs and feet don’t seem as strong as I used to be. Kind of freaks me out sometimes but I can still walk and hike a little bit on a good cool day at sea level.

Hi! Thanks for your comment. Yes, I have tried those meds. I've tried almost 100 medications for Migraine treatment over the last 17 years. I don't go to the ER, I go to the outpatient IV infusion center weekly for these infusions. I wouldn't recommend any Migraine patient go to the ER unless it is a last resort. The ER is no place for a Migraine. Some neurologists offices now will do IV infusions out of their office when their patients are doing poorly.

I understand your pain. I’m constantly changing medication because my body is use to it. Had migraines since 12 and now 40. Certain smells, colors, and lights trigger mine
